The wife & I were watching Tyler Perry's "Diary of a Mad, Black Woman" last night. She made the comment that Tyler must have a thing for dressing as a woman because he does it often in his movies. I replied by saying that it was a character he created, like Flip Wilson's Geraldine or Martin Lawrence's Big Mamma. If he really was a crossdresser, he wouldn't dress like Madina.

What are your thoughts?

Being that most of his stuff its christian oriented and almost has theme of turning to god to self your problems I'd say no .He started off doing the plays in black churches . In the beginning most of his plays did not involve Madia just that Madia took off.

I think it's great showmanship. His character Madea kind of reminds me of myself as Ericka.;) P.S. I'll take house arrest your honour.:)
