Hi

I don't post much but had to tell of fortunate purchase that made my day.

Friday night I couldn't sleep so deceided enough was enough and got out of bed and thought I'd get a hot drink, Unfortunately I had no milk so I got dressed to drive to the 24hr supermarket. I was sooo awake I thought I'd go for a drive and ended up at another store some 35 miles from home instead of the one just 2 miles away.

It was 2:30am so the store was practically empty so I thought I'd have a look around the womens clothing. On the sale rack I found a nice size 14 party dress marked at £12.50. I thought It was maybe a tad too small for me but at that price it wasn't a huge risk so I took it to the checkout.

When I got to the checkouts because of the time there was only 1 cashier on the tills and she was talking to a security guard.
"Oh thats lovely" she said, while the security guard just smirked and said "OH I don't think thats your colour".

"Its not the colour thats the problem" I said, "It's whether Its large enough and I will split it".
I not sure whether he thought I was joking or not.

Anyway when I got home I managed to squeeze into it and Wow!! It felt just fantastic so I thought I'd wear it for a while before trying to get back to sleep, so I danced off to the kitchen to make a drink and then realised that in my excitement I'd forgot the bloody milk which was the only reason I'd gone out !!

Oh well never mind eh !!

Hi
If you had gone back in the dress the guard would have been gobsmacked

Have had similar experiences - started thinking about buying clothes so much that I completely forgot why I was out in the first place
