This is a community of trans people. Many of us have had difficult lives living in shame, quilt and secrecy. We come here because it's a safe, accepting and non judgmental and we can ask questions and get advice from others that may be a little further down the path. By being here we come to feel better about ourselves. Opportunities to lead the life we want are increased.

That is the only reason for this site to exsist.

Members are not be here to service the needs of the staff. The staff is here to help the lives of trans folks. It seems to me that if they can not do their jobs with joy then maybe it's time to do something else.

Site Owners: This site has the capacity to be a big and even more wonderful part for our community but it depends on keeping this a safe place to visit.

This site also says that we have to play by the rules established. Just like any community building one enters. You read the rules, follow them, or get kicked out. Now, we may not like "how" someone makes their point, but it is their ball of wax.

I'm not trying to be inflammatory by the way ;) Just making a point.
