Feeling Natural
Do you all find that the more you go out the more natural it feels. Yesterday I went to the next town over and got a pedi and an eyebrow wax. I used to be terrified but it was more natural. There was another gg getting her nails done and it didn't bother me. Another gg came into the room when I was getting my eyebrows waxed and didn't give a second look. Left the nail salon went by Palais Royal walked through the store but couldn't find anything I liked, went back home and did my office work while en_femme. What a good day just felt natural.

I have found that I'm more at ease and that I suppose derives from a confidence in my appearance and a growing awareness that people really don't care - they go about thier business and let me go about my own.

Since the very first time as Tina for me was when I was 55, I distinctly remember what it was like to put on feminine attire for that first time knowing absolutely NOTHING! :) Everything was discovery and uncertain.
The more we do anything, the more we become comfortable and familiar.
Now I just wish I could contour my makeup better and with confidence, and feel more natural with word usage! What a change in 6 years!

Yes, It certainly does feel more natural as time goes by.

Yes, every time I step out the door it's more and more natural.
At first it was very scary, then it was a rush, then it was a tingle, now it's just me going somewhere.

I have gotten' so use to shopping in fem and going to the doctor that way I think nothing of it at all! Seems very natural to me! Hugs!

Yep and even if we are away from it for awhile for whatever reason, it's kind of like learning to ride a bike, we never forget how.;):battingeyelashes::)

I go out a lot and instead of more natural, I will call it more comfortable. Now it is almost routine.
-
Going out is all about do it with some regularity so that you become comfortable in your own skin which makes you less visible to others. Once you go out a lot you will notice that it is more of a non-event and it is merely you doing what needs to be done , shopping for clothes, food, or for that matter even the hardware store. Being your female self you learn how to act and react to situations you face as female would.

Have been dressing and being girl for some time now, i find my self doing girly stuff while in guy mode.

Your answers are exactly how I feel. It is more comfortable the more you go out. I don't get near as scared anymore when out en-femme. I have had a few people look at me but they don't stare or say anything, the more confident you are the more passable you are.

Very much so. When I go in for a pedi and mani, and waxing I'm totally at ease now. I talk to other women and men there without fear or guilt. I can even carry on a normal conversation with men that are just coming in for a haircut. Sure they see what I'm having done, but that is as far as it goes.

haven't mastered the conversations yet, my voice just don't sound too fem. Hopefully one day I can.
