Found a crossdressing sub on Reddit. Lots of pictures there but no real content like we have here.
Anyway yesterday was pink Wednesday. So I posted a picture of Jade in pink skirt and my frilly pink and purple top. I got a bunch of likes and then private messages came in. One guy wrote "Woah you are gorgeous". Well color me red I know I blushed when I read that.
Awesome, it is fun to get a comment like that
I love getting comments like that, especially from men!
I have been on Reddit and even posted a few pictures. Honestly, getting unsolicited messages from strangers is not my cup of tea, so I deleted and quit going there.
Never tried Reddit.
Jade, I think I found the Reddit page you are talking about. It seems a lot like my flickr account, in that pictures are posted, persons comment. Sometimes comments like the ones you mention can be quite nice and affirming, like when folks comment on pics we post here. You might meet some new folks or even ones you already know from here. However, it can be a bit unnerving when such comments come from out of the blue - lots of porn on flickr and perhaps Reddit also, so you must be careful your pics don't end up where you don't want them to be. I try to monitor the site closely, so far so good.
U found only one "sub" on Reddit!?:eek:

You kind of have to be careful on reddit; it's filled with teens and younger as well, even the mods. I don't visit any CD forums there, basically limit my reading to the more scientific and professional minded areas and topics, . But there's plenty to read, and like Hardforum, there are plenty of computer folks around, so if you find yourself stuck with a problem, when you post a new question, you'll likely get an answer pretty quick. Same with mechanical issues. It's become quite an information source, as long as you're willing to sift through all the detritus.
Haven?t tried Reddit, but maybe I should look.

Like you said there's no real content there. Just girls looking for likes of thier pictures. Most don't show thier faces.

I agree, deleting because they think faceapp is involved seems pretty stupid - especially since so many pictures cut off their heads or something. I have mixed feelings about faceapp, I tried it because I can?t do makeup worth a darn, particularly eye makeup (kind of need my glasses to see that). So that was cool because even with minor tweaking, I liked the lady I saw and could still easily see me. But my hope to be able to learn how to do it myself with makeup has of yet not worked out worth a darn. 🤦*♀️
To be fair, as someone who uses Reddit more than they should (although only for non cd related matters, no pics of snide on there), I don?t think there?s really a way for the mods to ban a pm without it being reported, even then I don?t know if they have enough power to suspend their account. Reddit is such a large site, there?s only so much control the mods have, and accounts aren?t made for each sub, they are made for the website. Moderating behaviour on the entire site is significantly harder than on a forum board like this.Quote:

Mot guys who comment just want you to "act as a woman" physically with them. While this may be tempting for some, I don't think online forums are the best place to find them. LOL. Lot's of creeps. Unless you're into creeps. :)
So far, in the few years I have been going out I have had only one person hit on me. I considered where I was at the time and just left him standing ignored. I went back to what I was doing.
Yeah.. Reddit. I complimented the first person I saw on there and someone pm's me asking if I needed a mistress for discipline... blocked that person.
I've been on redit use to post some pics there and got private messages too guys wanting to date etc 1 guy didn't know but I let him down gently it was fun getting some of the messages the fulger ones I just blocked them. The cd chanel there isn't really that helpful there's no how to etc. The one sub that's actually great is a non cd sub and its the makeupaddiction subreddit the women there is really helpful in giving helpful advice if you post a pic asking for help on how to improve things and if you want brutal honesty about if you passing then post in transpassing but its a mix off ftm and mtf all combined so there could be hateful coments there's a lot of A holes on there.

Reddit can be fun, but it can be a cesspool, so be ready for anything. Moderation is anywhere from running a tight ship to anything goes.
I spend too much time on Reddit and find it entertaining.
