Went To Doctor's appointment

I went to my doctor's appointment yesterday and I got them to change my name to Glenda and use female pronouns. Also my doctor is going to get me grief counseling that deals with transgenders. This is the first time outside of here someone has call me Glenda.

I feel like a weight has been lifted off my shoulders. I dress 24/7 most of the time now. Even today playing golf with the guys I was wearing my women's golf shorts and a women's polo top with a v neck.

I know it's just a start down this road, but this is something I always wanted.

Every journey begins with one small step.

I went to the Traveler's Championship wearing a sleeveless pink top and a just above the knee white pleated skirt.
The Jofit top had two layers to wick perspiration. My best outfit for hot and humid weather!

Folks all saw me as female. I had a lot of great interactions.

Thanks for the encouragements. I also told someone today that knew my wife and she told me my wife told her. I have been going out more. And feeling good about it.

I forgot to mention that every time I see you name I think of Glenda the Good Witch from the Wizard of Oz. The difference is that your avatar is even more beautiful than Glenda from the Wizard of Oz.

A counselor call today and wanted to speak with Glenda. Caught me off grand the first time someone has call me Glenda at home. We talk about grief counseling and where to get it. Also help with transgender care. Now all I need to do is make the phone calls.
