Welcome Ashley.
Navigate? Well I believe there is still a limit to what you can do until you have 10 posts so start with that.
Once everything is open to you go to settings and on the left you can "edit profile pic". You can also edit your avatar (picture that shows with your posts) as well.
To find others go to Place to go, places to meet in one of the lower menus. But again you may need those 10 posts first.
Also, tell everyone a bit about yourself and where you are from. I'm in NE Pennsylvania.
