On multi week vacation with my sister

I haven't posted in a long time, but here goes. A couple of weeks ago, I came out to my brother and sister. At first, they thought I was joking?since I tend to be a bit of a joker?but after a while, they understood that I was serious. It was such a relief to finally share this with someone I could talk to about everything I've been going through.

I wanted to post this because I've held so much in over the years, and I hadn?t realized just how understanding they would be about what I've experienced over the last 50-plus years.

That is fantastic - I?m very happy for you. Something I would love to do also but do not have the conviction.

So great to hear. It can make such an enormous difference in your happiness. Holding all of this in for so long is like carrying a 200lb boulder on your shoulders. Enjoy some newly found freedom!
