It's Been A while
I haven't post in a while. It's now over a year into my transitioning. I have been on HRT I no longer need forms. I had bottom surgery and now I don't have to tuck.
I live my life as a woman. There are days I wear shorts and a tee shirt. I don't wear makeup everyday only if I'm going out. Most of the time it's eye shadow and mascara with lipstick.
I have friends that I play golf with and they're all male. I have some girlfriends that I go to dinner with. But I also go alone to dinner, and everyone treats me as a lady,
My family supported me on this journey. And my job also supports me. I just wish I had done this sooner, but I would have missed some of the people that I love.
So, if think you might want to transition later on things might not be as bad as you feel now.

Kim the surgery was done in 20 minutes. Recovery at home ice packs but no pain pills needed. Plan on going back to work in 2 weeks light duly. No bike riding for 3 to 4 weeks. Have my postop in 3 weeks. Being bored is the worse part I want to do some things around the house but know I shouldn't.

Karren, you told me not to get marry. I didn't listen to you, and I married a wondaful woman who knew about my dressing. We had 15 years together and great times but now she has passed away it's time for Glenda to come out.
