Exercising en femme
Hi girls
This has been a new experience for me as for some years I have been able to sleep en femme wearing bra, forms, panties, hip pads, and a long slip.
I am now almost 79 years old and never really been into exercising but in an attempt to remain healthy I have started a new regime of basic stretching and bending for about 30-40 mins each morning, and done so before showering etc and dressing in drab ready for the day.
And it has been quite an experience feeling the tightening of the bra as I stretch, twist and bend, and as I do the floor routine and see the ?lumps? in my eye line. I highly recommend it as it certainly seems to be helping me keep supple and it?s a pleasant interlude in the day.
Does anyone else to the same of something similar?

I exercise only en femme for over a year. I've got sport bras with different support strength for different exercises (yoga and HIIT requires different support), because I do it in my breast plate as well.
And I love it.

It?s important to keep moving. Great that you found an incentive!

My wife and I are in a 3X/week exercise program at a nearby YMCA. It's aimed at older folks and it's really fun and interesting, while at the same time really challenging to stretch and revive deteriorating muscles.
Our instructor is a young and cute woman who might not object to Rhonda participating. Alas, my wife doesn't want to herself be outed as the spouse of a 74 year old CD, so i get a hard NO.

During the pandemic I was doing yoga everyday dressed in yoga cloths. I have a very big collection now :).

Yes, and I'm 82, Vikky. But, I do it for effect not a thrill. I began having back issue at 50. After trying varies quick cures like acupuncture and lasers a physical therapist had me start an excersize/stretching routine which included 50 crunches lying on the floor. That was over 25 years ago and my back is better now than when I was 47!
I still do that same routine every other morning only I'm up to 200 crunches and have added quite a few new excersizes over the years.
5 years ago my rite knee suddenly began hurting a lot. A therapist gave me some excersizes. After a few months it was fixed! When it bothered me again a couple years ago it did the excersizes again and in 2 weeks it was ok again!
3 years ago I suddenly could hardly move my rite shoulder. Could even touch my head! Therapist gave me excersizes that fixed it in 3 months. Been fine ever since.
3 months ago my left knee began hurting and kept me from doing things. I tried the old excersizes for my rite knee but they didn't help. Back to the therapist. She had me try out a series of new excersizes. I dropped some that seemed pointless. My last appointment was this week. I noticed walking in that my knee was pain free! After the appointment I did some hard physical labor that I had been avoiding because of the pain in my knee. Then, more hard work the next day. My left knee's completely pain free! Just in time to dance at a few Halloween events next week on 4 1/2" spikes!
In the case of my shoulder and knees I was sure I needed new joints because they hurt so bad. But, X rays showed they weren't worn out. I just wasn't excersizing them ennuf! Now, they're like new. It's like a friggin miracle!
Of course, I watch my weight, don't lift refrigerators or engines like I used to and never skip my morning routine! Take care of yourself and maybe you'll be out dancing in hi heels when you're 80 also!:)

When I do get into a fitness mode the convincing part to get motivated is to wear a nice sports bra and spandex shorts. Just makes it more fun.
