So much information out there in cyberspace, definitions on all the various 'trans' and 'CD' terms and it all gets really complicated at times. I was thinking could we make it really simple and define ourselves really simply.
So which option BEST fits you:
When it comes to dressing
- I like to
- I want to
- I need to
- I have to
Please don't overthink it or deeply analyse.
My answer is... 3 I need to

My answer is just I do. It would not occur to me to put on male clothes when I get up or after a shower. The only reasoning involved is choosing the outfit.

I think it's safe to say that the higher the number one chooses, the lower numbers can be included in that decision. (If that makes sense). That being said, I'm definitely a 3.

I am sometimes a 3, but mostly a 4. For me, it is mostly a tool to settle down gender dysphoria episodes, but sometimes it is a need.

I swim around in the sea of zero to three. Not sure I ever got into the hot waters of four but perhaps close. All depends on how I feel, opportunity, etc.

Since no one is making me, then I don't have to. So I'd say 2 & 3 I want to and need to sometimes just to keep myself happy.
I would say "I need to" but "I like to" falls right in line.
