I poked around the net about the inguinal canal. There is something called the superficial inguinal ring that is near the base of the penis and the pubic bone. It is a triangular opening where you would tuck the testes through.
According to the Wikipedia article about the superficial inguinal ring, it dilates in athletes, particularly hockey and soccer player. Reading through the list of possible injuries that would relate to that, I saw something about the hip adductor muscles (specifically, tearing the adductor muscles). These are the muscles that bring the leg back towards the center-line of the body.
I cannot tell if stretching it or exercising it would help dilate the superficial ignuinal fold. There are a couple exercises that work the hip adductors:
(1) Side leg raises
(2) "Butterfly" stretches
(3) Isometeric butterflies -- press down against the thigh while trying to raise it up. Be careful about the knees.
Variants of those exercises are available on Youtube. Now whether that helps you consciously control the superficial iguinal ring, I don't know.

I gave up on the tape a long time ago, couldn't make it stick, or if oit did stick it pulled like hell, My technique now is to tuck as normal, wear a tight pair of Knicks with a thick pad, then either a pantie girdle or just a second pair of knicks depending on the overall outfit, and yes I can then cross my legs above the knee. But Have to admit not tried this with swimwear :doh:
Even after reading all the thread & trying repeatedly I had no luck. Tonight, warm bath & kept trying and.....sucess ! In went the boys, bit of a bulge, & pulled everything back, slipped on my girdle & lovely smooth front. Had to wear my tight jeans to appreciate the fem. look.
Just hope I can repeat it again. Practice, practice .
Okay, I've read through much of this thread, but haven't found exacly what I am looking for.
I want to tuck with just one pair of panties for most situations, looser skirts, etc. I realize i'll have to tape or gaff for really tight clothing.
I don't like pantyhose and likely will never wear them. Thigh highs or tights will do just fine, thank you.
So, what is the ideal manufacture for a pair of panties that will hold things in place by themselves, more or less.
Stretchy is out, that lets things "walk"
Cotton is out as it stretches and loses its shape.
What say you all?

I have tried tucking with tape, it pulled waaaaay too much. I found I can tuck with out using any tape, glue etc. It stays tucked and looks smooth and natural. My method is this:
After a hot bath/shower (to loosen things up) push the testicals up into the inguinal canal, use one hand with the fingers spread so that 2 fingers are on each side of your penis.
Now push your loose empty scrotum back between your legs keeping your penis between the 2nd and 3rd fingers as you do this, you may need your other hand to help pull your scrotum back smoothly.
Hold your scrotum against the buttocks with your spread fingers while you pull your penis from behind back.
while it is pulled back as far as possible push it into the crack between your buttocks (it helps if you are in a squatting position while you are doing this.
Once this is done you no longer need to hold your scrotum and if you stand up the pressure of your buttock cheeks should hold your penis firm. At this point if it is done right the look is very similar to a female. If you find that it pulls when you stand use talcum/baby powder on the area before you begin.
When you put on your panties make sure to tuck in any edges of your scrotum which may be hanging out under the elastic.
Enjoy your new look, it only gets better with practice.

I started tucking when I was 13. I once pushed my most unwanted testes up, pulled my little penis back between my legs, (that was some task then as the little bugger was perpetually hard). After getting it all tucked away and a nice tight pair of bikinis on, I let everthing settle for a while. I was still hard half an hour later, but that was normal back then, I'd stay hard for hours,,,,,
Anyway, then I got out the medical tape, first I cut a piece of tape about 8" long, 2" wide, I slit this for about 4". The unslit end of the tape I wrapped around my shaft, (I was lying on my back with my legs in the air to do this.) The tape started at the base of my penis, (I am uncircumcised, this may have some effect see later) the split started just before my glans. I pulled the two split ends back between by buttocks and ran them up inside my buttocks, one on each side, pulling quite firmly as I did so. This pulled my little guy hard back and the skin a little further back so I was left with a fairly large bit of "labia" just before my anus. I then stretched my scrotal skin out and around my hard little penis and taped it there with a single piece of tape about 1" x 3",
This was really nice when I stood up, in the mirror if I kept my legs together It looked like I had nice fat pubic mound and a slit going back, I was in Heaven! I could masturbate by pushing on the base of my penis and making it slide back and forth in the tube I had created. Even better, when I needed to pee, I just sat and peed, the pee kind of splashed all over as it went out the gathered skin, just like some women, a bit on the buttocks, you have to wipe.... I never felt so much like a girl or happier.
A further point to those worried about the effects of long term tucking: I was really young, (13) when I did this, perhaps a bit naive, but I kept tucked for a month! I was desperately hoping that by some miracle, my body would absorb my testicles and my mother would have to believe I really was a girl and get me some sort medical help to become one....
