For the record, I am a Health professional. Ive taught Health and Exercise on the college level for years. So I kind of know what I speak.
The best exercise is the one that you'll contiune to do. The second best is walking. For those of you who don't like exercise just walk. It's what we as humans are built for. If that's all you do then you'll be way ahead.
Karren, I use Avenoo Positively Smooth from my forehead down. For my forehead and huge bald spot I use Clinique Anti Gravity firming lift cream. I guess it works.
