Great tips posted here! I've never had a weight "problem", but I DO have to keep trim to keep Sherry lookin' good!:D
Here's some things I do/did:
Switched from beer to red wine.
Avoid processed foods when possible.
Avoid fast food when possible.
Eat mostly the same as always, but smaller portions. Less potatoes and bread.
Eat small dinners. Heavy on veggies, salads, and lean meat.
I don't diet on special occasions. But, cut back for a few days AFTER my binges.
Monica, be careful of exercise. It can INCREASE your appetite!:sad:
