The above represents my view of spirituality as it relates to the social issues of gay marriage, abortion, poverty and social injustice. The social issues of today are not the social issues of the Old Testament, or of the New Testament for that matter. "God keeps shaking things up". We need to stay on that journey "of a million steps", with our eye on our love for our brother/sister/friend/ enemy.
