When You Dress, do you feel empowered or submissive?

I think it depends on who I'm with as with men I like to be submissive but another gurl I kind of like to be more aggressive...

I don't know if this question is sexual or whether or not I have the ability to be assertive dealing with people. Could you clarify?

I was bred to be an alpha male; being assertive and in charge has never been a challenge for me. But when I get all dressed up and spray on a little perfume, I like giving first chair to the guy I'm with on occasion. Having a door opened for me or a wine selection made on my behalf is quite nice.

And when a guy reaches across the car seat and runs his hand up my leg and under my dress, I just shiver and smile--if that's being submissive then, yep, that's me!

I feel it is quite empowering to own up to my cross dressing by cross dressing. No hiding once dressed.

Neither. Unless it's dressing for bed, then definitely submissive.

When I'm dressed I feel empowered.I keep repeating to mysself " you're a woman you can do anything you want to do. Don't let anyone bring you down damnit!!"

Interesting question. I am normally kind of dominant by nature so naturally it carries over to my femme side especially when I CD. It's just an extension of who I am so being what it is I have fully accepted that element of myself either way.

Actually I think I am finding I dress when I am feeling vulnerable or "submissive"

I also find myself quietly submissive, but still quietly strong. I know who I am, but like to be sweet.

I do as my wife says. Therefore, I dominate my submissive position.......possibly? :doh:

I don't think I change too much when dressed and I'm not empowered by it either, to be honest. I love being dressed....that's about it really!

I am submissive whether dressed or not. Even more so though when in girl mode.

I'll say that when in my dainties I'm a lot more confident, but I just started over so I'll see where it goes

The simple answer is that Tina is NOT submissive. Having said that, my wife explained that Tina is sweet, and needed lessons about how women are socialized to NOT be sweet on occasion, or sweet in an agressive way, or simply b*t*hy!

P .S. those lessons seem to have been successful. Although I don't expect to be in the situation, Tina is fully educated as to how to handle herself. ..if you see what I mean.
