I'm doing the same thing. I have a locker for all my things, they're nicely stored in bins. When I leave for business for the week I pick up what I need and I stop on the way home and drop it off. Up until last month they had sent everything electronically which had been great. They mailed a physical letter about a rate increase and after a call they agreed to only email.
I've been very happy except for having to dig my way in after a few deeper snows :)

I used to buy abandon storage units, sell the contents and yes I have seen units full of CD stuff.

I had one for years prior to my last purge (I know - shame on me:sad:). But as others have said - get one climate controlled if you live in an area that gets hot, otherwise make-up will melt over everything! Great for storage if you can't keep it at home (like me). But changing and walking around ???? I'm starting to accumulate a bunch of cute stuff again (dang pink fog!). Guess I'll need to go look for a storage place again soon.

The point would be to change and then get back into your car and go someplace. Walking around a self storage lot would be pointless and you know you are on video surveillance.

Maybe thats all they can do Krisi or it satisfies their needs.
You are under video surveillance most everywhere you go so thats not a big deal.
