Sue. Glad to hear that you had a great day. Unlike jumping out of a plane, the first time was the hardest. My first time I just sat against a wall. Every time it will be easier. Then one day you will realize that no one cares. On that day that you relax, your hips will sway natural. You will feel every inch of your being enjoying the real you.
