I know that there must be a few stops like that around me but I personally don't know of any.
I do use "rest areas" frequently when traveling.
I have not strayed off any of my normal routes lately.
I-65 between Nashville, TN and Madison, AL, and between Madison, AL and Duluth, GA (North East of Atlanta, GA)

As I've posted before, my scary moment was the first time I drove around the neighborhood.
If 2 am is good, 3 am is better, right? And in my pink fogged mind, I figured that wearing blouse/pants would somehow be better than a skirt/dress, despite the full makeup
So, hop in the car, grab my mail (the mailbox was about 3 blocks away), and try to pull out of my driveway. Well, turns out driving in heels the first time is a somewhat of a trick.
At the end of the block, as soon as I turn down the street (it was a quiet residential area with somewhat of a grid layout), BAM, headlights come on down the street about 2 blocks down. There was only one thing it could be, and yep, it was a police car. I promptly, but safely, orbited the block and pulled back into home, only to see him/her blow past behind me.
It took about 3 days for my heart rate to return to normal.
So what Helen says is absolutely true. One sure way to stand out is to be somewhere when there usually isn't anyone else around.

Parking alone in the dark, not knowing who else is there on a similar mission.
