Probably number 1 would be to be more slightly built.
Number 2 would be a softer, more feminine complexion, and third I'd make my feet smaller
1) No facial hair and hair sprouting from the wrong places on my head.
2) more toned body
3) move the padding in the front to the rear
For me it's skin tone and facial hair all the way! I seriously have to make an appointment with a dermatologist!
1. My weight. I think I have a very manly-looking body, so I'd need to get slender to look female at all. I already have feminine looking man-boobs, so having the body to match would be great. My big tree-trunk legs are much bigger than the majority of people out there, male or female.
2. My belly. I haven't tried using Spanx yet, but I don't think any amount of Spanx can give me a nice hourglass figure. Heck, right now, I'd be happy if my belly was flat rather than looking like I'm 7 months pregnant or even further along.
3. My feet. I'm a men's size 10 or even 11, making me need a women's size 11, 11W, or 12. I'm sure everyone here knows that the majority of women's shoes range from size 5 to 10, so there's a lot more footwear to choose from if you're within those sizes.
I know I'm allowed three but I only want one.
My teeth.
I'd like to be able to smile. To be able to show emotions of happiness. Nothing else is more important to me.
If you've seen my photos you will notice that I never really smile.
Everything else I can handle.
Well if I thought of this in a realistic way, okay some what realistic like if I won the lottery and had the money and time.
1. I would have my Adam's apple shaved down. Even for a guy it sticks out quite a bit and I've never really liked it. Would love not to have to wear scarfs en femme.
2. Hair removal. Never been a hairly guy, but it would be nice not to have to shave again.
3. HIPS!!!! okay for the girly thing, but as I've gotten older I found that I have no hips or but and I need something to keep my pants up. damn it, it won't be long and my pants will be up over my belly soon.
Of course if I suddenly had the money for a plastic surgeon I might think about other modifications.
1. Smaller feet. Something a little less Sasquatchesque
2. I would love a lil' "Junk in the trunk" and hips. My wife says I have no butt.
3. A smaller chin. Though it's not Jay Leno nor is it even close to Sarah Jessica Parker, it is just a bit shy of Bruce Campbell.
Melody :)
Lose the hair from my eyelashes down! (I loath shaving and have ALWAYS hated my body hair! LOL!)
Prene,
No 1) Would be to permanently to lose body hair !
No 2) To have smaller feet !
No 3) To have a little more natural filling for a bra with a nice cleavage !
My top 3 would be:
1) Softer, more feminine facial features
2) Smaller feet so I could wear a size 10 or smaller woman's shoe size
3) Rounder butt/hips
Fun question!
1.) Remove body hair (with the snap of my fingers)
2.) Full, natural head of hair (in my dreams)
3.) Lose 15 lbs (this one I can actually accomplish )!
1. Smaller all over- shouders, height, hands and feet.
2. Hair- more on my head and less on my body.
3. Femine figure- nice hips and butt, small waist and proportinate full breasts.
See, that's only 3 things to change!
Being honest with myself, if I really worked at it I could lose weight, exercise to have a bigger butt (which we all should do as we age and lose muscle mass!), keep the hair shaved (a pain, but it can be done), and complete the voice change I have accomplished by studying better how women use language. I'm already 2.5 inches shorter (happens normally as we age) so heels are ever less of an issue. Since I really want to exist 50/50 in both genders, it's probably better if I continue to use a wig so that my looks are very different, so what is left is:
1) FFS, especially a smaller nose, if nothing else (but an eyelid tuck, a trache shave, and less of a brow bone would be a plus)
2) fuller lips.
3) a small bit of breast enhancement, not so large as to preclude me from being male at times, but enough to generate a cleavage for Tina.
Only three changes, mean genie! Well if we have to stick to such a small number:
1. I want my hair back, I miss it! ( I used to wear a Shag, that worked male or Female.)
2. a half size smaller foot, (it's amazing the change in choices you get from a 10 to 10 1/2, all the cute stuff stops at a size 10)
3. a little help with the voice ( I started singing base, when I was in 8 th grade, and it only got deeper from there.
Now I could go on and on, about other parts that need a lot of help, weight, hips, breast, lips, and better skin, but those things would mean a lot more if I could fix the first three first.
1. breasts
2. feminine face/eyes
3. voice
My #1 is opposite to a lot of you. I'd like to be rid of this slight gynecomastia I have. (They're small enough to have no benefit in CDing, but big enough to warrant self consciousness when topless in boy mode and to prevent comfortable fit of forms.)
#2 More androgenous facial bone structure
#3 Symmetric eyebrows
Everything else I need can either be faked or will come with practice or a good beauty regime.
1. Breast
2. Bubble butt
3. No body hair
1- All body hair from scalp down
2- Smaller feet
3- Proportionate limbs
1- Thinner with waist
2- zero hair
3- bigger butt
1) Lose the beer belly.
2) Lose the beer belly.
3) Lose the beer belly.
What can I say, I love beer!
Less waist, less neck, less eczema on my arms and legs. All of these would have my male self as well.
1. Hips
2. butt
3. voice improvement
Better vision
Fat readjustment on the body: less on belly: more on legs, arms and butt.
More hair in the top of my head.
From a "what can really be done" point on view
1.) hair - More on top - a lot less everywhere else
2.)trim/fit physique and
3.) modest boobs
If we allow for fantastical changes, I want to replace 2.) with retractable genitals. :)
I would like a set of wings.
1. Breasts
2. Voice
3. Hair
1. Face. Growing up disfigured I learned all the disadvantages that come with that. I still have the scars, and the irregular teeth (missing one of my eye teeth, so I have one 'front' tooth dead center, instead of two. Looks weird; I've adjusted my smile a little to one side over the years so it's hard to tell, but eventually people notice).
2. Downsize the body please. I've never been able to get nice clothes. Six foot even, would have been just fine. I could go as short as maybe 5'8". Yes, women like taller men, but most women are shorter than that, so I'd still have plenty to choose from.
3. Slightly darker skin. Growing up with very light skin made me shun the outdoors in summers, as one good sunburn (and that would only take a few minutes) would mean I couldn't go out much for weeks, and even then, would have to actively seek shade whenever I could. That was a real pain in the ass.
Reading the responses, I'm surprised that so many of the wishes are things that people can actually do if they tried. Losing weight is the obvious one. I am also surprised how many would ask for breasts. Breast implants are easily possible but you could no longer live as a male and without some other modifications, living as a female would be difficult.
Being shorter or having smaller hands and feet are things one might wish for but they can never happen.
Of things that could really happen, I would pick removal of facial and body hair and the ability to speak in a feminine voice. Number three could be any number of things; no adams apple, feminine waist, bigger hips, etc.
1.) Removal of all body hair
2.) Slightly larger breasts
3.) Loose the tummy pooch.
1) Smaller feet
2) Height to 5'9 (currently 6'1)
3) More rounded butt (mine is very flat)
1) flatter stomach and thin like I was in college
2) smaller size feet, size 10 women's, maybe size 12 at the largest. Currently size 15-16 women's
3) Less body Hair!!!
Everything else I either like too much to give up, or I can live with
My top three choices are ones that can't be changed with survey or hormones.
Legs:
1. Skinny thighs (even for a guy there ugly)
2. Knees (they are the same size as my thighs. For knees they are just way too large to look anywhere feminine.)
3. Feet ( way to wide, can't find any heels that I can walk in even if it's just around the house.)
1. Hips
2. Body hair (I'm lightly covered in it, and I've always hated it)
3. Hands. To me, they're on of the most feminine parts of a woman. I'm not really sure what makes a hand look female -- my hands aren't huge and I have thin fingers, but they still look decidedly male.
1. Voice.
2. Feminine hair style achieved without a wig.
3. Natural breasts.
Being 65.5 inches, I do not view my height as a problem.
Wow, I completely forgot voice
Voice would be my number 1, actually.
#1 Slimmer frame
#2 slightly shapelier hips & rear
#3 Voice, but limited since I do enjoy my male mode too.
#3 tie: hands & feet
All of this would be semi andro if I played it up right.
#3 is a tie since both I've already sort of worked around enough.
1, Slimmer more shapely frame
2, nice boobs
3, not to sound so deep even when trying to lift my voice (when my voice was breaking it sounded much much better lol)
oh and if there was a no:4.... not to have size 12 feet ;)
1. Be about 50 pounds lighter.
2. Softer more feminine skin (especially on face)
3. Less hair on arms and hands
I'm thinkin
1 real C size breasts
2 a better waist line.
No hair on my face.:hugs:
Angie
1) Back down to the weight I was at in my early 20s. Which I've been working on the last 3 or 4 months. Down 28 lbs with 8 to go.
2) Get back the strength I had when I was in my early 20s. Lost it all due to desk jobs, college, and having a car (edit: oh and not exercising during those times I suppose)... just starting to work on that now.
3) My hearing... between sinus issues and rock concerts its pretty deplorable. Not sure that's fixable without hearing aids.
I just realized I figured out my #3. More feminine features. I especially have issues with my chin, and t-zone.
As the Queens from RuPaul's drag race put it I really "beat face" to get those into line with the look I want.
I guess I am relatively fortunate since I already have D cup breasts, wide hips, and long hair. I speak and sing in the bass range, which I do not want to change. I don't have beard shadow nor do I have a brow ridge.
Having said the above, here are some things I need to change:
1. Overcome the "Battle of the Bulge". If I do that I just might have a nice hourglass figure.
2. Get my teeth fixed.
3. Give treatment to my fingernails so they do not split.
It would be nice to have narrower feet so I could buy M width women's shoes.
John
Number one a more feminine nose and two would be to be smooth all over and three just a little bigger breasts
For me 1) not ever having to shave/epilate 2)plenty of hair so no need for a wig and 3) most important of all bigger breasts
1) bigger breasts,2) No body hair at all,3) More head hair so I do not need a wig.
Hi friends I got mixed up with my computer hence 2 replies, brain cells are good some time !
Overall I am happy with my body, about the only thing I want to change is my face, softer skin and some bigger boobs.
1. More Feminine Face/Skin
2. AA-A/B Breasts
3. Voice
4. Thinner waist
5. Hips (although mine could pass)
6. a tad shorter (I'm 5'8'')
Femnine voice and facial features
Natural breasts
a vagina
