I took the survey,, then checked the accumulating results.... and was pleasantly surprised to see that I am damn-near "normal"!!!!
I did complete the survey. One comment for you is that if I have the opportunity, I dress days on end. I do go periods of time where I do not have the opportunity to express my fem side.

okay, filled out the survey.. one question that needs some clarification to keep the results accurate would be the one asking how often do you dress. I feel it would be better if that question was split into two questions. a.. How often do you crossdress to the fullest extent (as described in question 6) and b.. how often do you engage in some degree of dressing that isn't covered by the previous question.
I had trouble answering the question correctly as I only dress fully maybe once a week or fortnight, and yet I wear "female" clothing even in drab mode, and always wear female underwear even in full drab for work etc. I answered daily, although I feel this has the potential to make my results look as though I'm a full time presenting female CD, which I'm not.

After completing the survey I thought how my answers have changed over the years. I first went out dressed in 1978 and over the years I have done things that I had dreamed about and things I thought I would never do.

I completed and submitted the survey. On the questions of how much time that varies a lot for me at because it depends on what else is going on and where I am when I am dressed. I just picked a response that matched the time I normally get to spend fully dressed. I do wear nighties to sleep in and most every evening I wear panties and bra even if I don't get completely dressed.

That was fun. The only thing that got me stuck was how far I took my crossdressing. I go all out, except that I haven't used any type of forms or padding, yet. It's on my to-buy list. :)

A couple of points:
For me, my answer to the question about the 1st time is more complicated than the way it was posed. I selected 6-9 years, but that was a very limited experience. It was briefly experimenting with undergarments. After that, basically nothing happened for close to 50 years when I dressed and went out on Halloween. My 2nd dressing experience was 11 years after that and was complete (clothes, undergarments, jewelry, makeup, etc. during vacation). The 3rd was 11 months later and started a trend of going out dressed 2-3 times per month. I understand the interest in defining the 1st time, but I also think that the 1st time fully dressed and the 1st time dressed and out are also significant.
Also, a finer definition of how people shop might also be useful. Many people, including me, shop at thrift stores. Clearly they are "brick & mortar/store" as stated, but it is a very different experience from shopping in a Macy's, Sear's, Target, Wal-Mart, etc. Some go to thrift stores in order to minimize what they spend. Others go because it tends to be a very relaxed shopping experience. Anyway, people choose thrift stores for very different reasons compared to the reasons to patronize a department store.

You probably needed a few more options. For instance, there is quite a gap between wearing underwear and getting full-blown all dolled up.
