how old where you when you started dressing?

I was on the second grade of elementary school, my age should have been around 8. In fact, we were having a school play, which would be played in front of the whole school later on, but the problem was my class was missing a girl. It should not be that hard to guess, who was the "victim". The choice well of course on me, the most feminine boy in the class.
So technically speaking my first time(the times I wore the cloth for "training" do not count) was in front of whole school, so around 1000 people or so. I was wearing red high heels, red dress and a nice long haired blond wig. Not to forget the filled bra to give some breasts to this little kitten.

I started dressing at age 13,using mothers clothes.It was fun to go into her
closet&try on all of her dresses&skirts,tops&blouses,along with her many pairs of shoes.I also remember taking a fresh,unopened pkg of pantyhose out of her
drawer&putting them on,so I could dress in her good shortskirt suits&a silky
white blouse&a pair of her black heels

55 It was quite a defining moment! There certainly was a fascination with feminine things from an early age, including feminine thought patterns, but it all was totally amorphous until that one day where it all came together with the help of my tremendously loving wife.

I think I answered this question here before.. but its ok. I would answer it no matter how many times its asked of me. I was 8 years old when I discovered my moms nylons and put them on. I always say.... it was love at first sight .
I put them on in private....and the rest is history ....

I am so glad I started young...I am now a mature cd and loving to dress each day more.

I was around 5 also, my girl cousin's came around to play and I sneaked off to wear one of their pink cardigans which they had left upstairs. Later on when I was around 7 or 8 we used to play dress up games with me always 'engineering' getting dressed up in their stuff. Just for a laugh you understand...

I think it was around 12 or 13.

Well, lets see: Mom dressed me in some of my sister's clothes when I was too young to know whether it was appropriate or not, maybe that deeply influenced whether or not I would consider it appropriate later in life. I didn't feel much resistance when my abuser dressed me as a girl a few years later; putting on girl clothes sort of felt natural, but I don't know if it had to do with it really being so, or his argument that god made a mistake and that I should have been born a girl made me feel that it was 'normal' for me to wear a dress. I started wanting to dress up when he (my only friend, sort of) started seeing me less, and knowing that dressing as a girl got his attention, I started offering to do that. I guess you could say that I wanted to dress up because I wanted his affection (and of course, at that age, it becomes a 'permanent' behavior). I think the first time I offered to dress up for him was when I was in fifth grade; from then on, it (the desire to dress) was always there.

For me I stared dressing at the age of 6 or so but it was as if I was putting on the thing to fit my gender. looking back I never did get caught but I wish I would have been so I could have came out as a TG

I think I was 11 aswell, never did get caught but came close several times.

I was about 3 or 4 when I first tried to. I used to take a short sleeve shirt and step in to it like a skirt. This stretched out the neck a lot and my mother questioned what I was doing with my shirts, so I made up a story to cover up what I was doing and had to stop. I tried on one or two of my mom's skirts over the years, but that was very risky and infrequent. It wasn't until I was in my 20's that I started to acquire my own collection and started dressing up in private regularly. Life is so much better now. Getting started was not easy.

I was 4 years old in my mothers panties,and thru my early years I would try her slips and girdles and as I reached my teen years would try other clothing. I never felt bad or sinful about doing it. I enjoyed it but not to the extent of telling anyone else.

I was probably about 6-8 years old. I had a teenage sister who had tons of clothes. She had a huge closet in her room and basically the other side when closed was one big mirror.

The 1st time for me I was 11 yrs old. I wore my Mothers hose and bra, with a black dress that she had hanging in the upstairs closet. What a day that was!

I started dressing at 3. I walked into my sisters room and there was a skirt suit on a coathanger so I put it on and said something like "I'm a girl too", so you could say I have known since then that I wanted to be a girl. I also remember walking around my mums bedroom in her shoes.
When I was 4 we moved house and I used to try on my sisters clotrhes in the bathroom where the laundry basket was. This went on until I was 7 when my sisters clothes wouldn't fit any more.
I didn't have any more opportunity todress until I was 12 when I discovered it was possible to have srs. Then I knerw that I had been born the wrong gender.

Started when I was 11 . First items worn were mothers open bottom black girdle belt fitted with 6 suspender clips with black seamed silk stockings and black 3" closed toe stillettoes.

I was about 5 when the curiousity started because I noticed mom wore completely different cloths then dad (in terms of underwear). I remember asking mom when my breast were going to grow like hers.
I was 11 or 12 when I started trying on moms bras and stuff. Its when I was old enough to be home by myself for a couple hours after school. I used to not be able to wait to get home from school and dress like a girl. One day I was mortified when my friends came IN the house without knocking and caught me. I was picked on for weeks.
Ever since that age up till now I loved wearing panties and did so when ever possible. Now I'm out and open.

When did I start dressing?

This is an interesting Q that starts probably at age 16ish if I recall correctly.

See I am and always have been very skinny. . .a more feminine that masculine form. And I have never liked my size -- always wanted to be different be it heavier or prettier so I often tried to change my form. It started with padding myself with various forms of padding -- sometimes pillows and sometimes wadded up sheets.

(for comparison: Currently, I'm about 5'8" 118lbs, small frame --28" waist.)A very skinny , small guy :o

Then, in about 1996, I fell in love with my first and current wife and during our long-distance engagement, I went to visit her and before leaving she gave me her bra to keep with me. Back home, I would secretly put this bra on and I was hooked. . . seemed to be the perfect addition to my small frame. . . I have many feminine traits and seeing myself as a girl just felt "right". It was euphoric and addicting. Being girly in appearance seemed to match my feminine personality and I liked it.

So with that, I have been underdressing partially off and on secretly since 2004.

Finally, on New Years day, during a much needed and serious dissuussion with my wife all was aired out and she's since been accepting of my dressing even letting me go out en femme if I want to. And since then I've been dressing in every spare moment :) And have even started my own femme wardrobe!

So, it has been a sort of journey . . .to find Jacie but she's here now :D

Don't really remember what age but some where around 8 or 9 I would guess. My old sister left some under wear in the bath room. I tried it on and have never looked back. It has been great journey.

I was eight or nine years old and I remember the first thing I wore like it was yesterday, cotton "lollipop" panties white with little blue flowers!:daydreaming: I will forever be grateful for those panties:)

When I used to play dress up with my sister and her friends, they used to dress me as jane, the baby girl - This was about 6-7 and I guess something kind of stuck and when I was about 10/11 I found my Mums stockings and suspenders - This was about the time I found masterbation and they kinda went together from this moment onwards:)

I was 10 when i first tried on my mothers skirt.

I was about 12-13 when I started dressing, I don't know why I did it but when everyone else was out, I found some clothes (a white skirt and blouse that fit me and a pink one that didn't) which had been left in the hallway outside my room and thought that it would be a good idea to try them on. The rest is history.

Iwas about 10 too. I starting trying on my Mom's foundation garments and it escalated from there. By the time I was 13 and had my own room I was trying makeup and setting by shoulder length hair. I's use setting solution and pin my hair up and go to sleep. I'd wake up early and un-pin my hair and shake out the beautiful curls. I don't have enough hair left today to make even a small pin curl!

Very late bloomer me, I was 25 when I put on my first skirt, my then GF was out one night so I had a little play lol thinking it was a bit freeky I took it off and never delved into it again.

So now I’m 29 and went to a party 6 months ago where blokes had to dress as woman and the girls visa versa, lol I felt so comfortable in what I was wearing proly because I picked and bought what I wanted to wear, I have a thing for only wearing my own bought and paid for clothes as I think if you wear someone else’s like your mums then it a bit odd.

Anyway long story short after that party it kick started a few changes that I was to go though and reveal something that’s been underlying for some time.

When I was four I took one of my sister's dresses and crawled under the front porch. I sat under there wearing that dress until my mother called me in for supper.

I started when I was 12 or 13. Started with wearing bras because I was fascinated with the whole concept of breasts (I guess I still am!). Tried other things like leotards and full slips.

I was probably about 5 or 6, started with my moms hose and girdles, then started wearing my sisters clothes. They were always so much prettier than my boy clothes. And I've been doing it ever since.

i have no idea what prompted me other than i had the opportunity and clearly the desire to explore.

it was innocent enough, i just wanted to wear my mom's panties. being a child in the fifties was a blessing in one respect -- women's underwear in that era were very feminine with more of an emphasis on silk and lace since nylon, spandex, and lycra either weren't yet invented or widely available.

so there i was in my mom's panties and my sister who is 9 years my senior walked into my parents bedroom. she didn't scold or belittle me, it's not in her nature, but she did tell me that i couldn't do that and i had to take them off and get dressed in my own clothes.

i don't believe it was her intent but i know that i did feel ashamed.

but that memory stays with me as i think back to how i got here from there......and i remember it wistfully.:angel::angel:

I was probably 8 or 9. One year for Halloween I dressed as a lady (lost an earring too, never found it LOL). After a while that came back and I started slipping into panties and pantyhose. The world didn't end so I kept at it. And now... :D

So, I guess I have gone 'out' once already. :)

I was about three or four as well.. I'm glad I started then.. I can't imagine the torture those who waited until they were in their thirties or older.. all I would have said if that was me is "and my life is almost over!!!"...

I can remember coming across a white nightdress in the garden, it was totally wet with dew, but an irresistable force drew me to put it on and walk about with it on - it felt good! Trouble is I wasn't very conscious in those days of what year it was. But by deduction must have been between age 4 and about 7. I've done a good job of suppressing it over the years, sometimes for longish periods. But of course it always comes back....

I remember wanting to crossdress as early as kindergarten, and I remember being in a local Little Theater play as a kid at about age 5 where I had to wear leotards, and relished every minute of it! I tried on "dress-up clothes" in my elementary years, and I remember being chastised for trying to put on my mom's nylons and pumps when I was about 3 or 4. I was caught again at about age 7 trying on my sister's shoes, and was chastised again.
That only made me get stealthier. I was obsessed with tights and nylons, and I dressed up in my mom's, and used her high heels as soon as I wore the same size she does. I was depressed for many years as my feet kept growing, and I had to find a new source. For many years, I lived with self-chastisement and was obsessed with just putting it out of my mind, considering myself a freak. The true healing began in the past year, culminating in my first SCC, (08) finally finding inner peace nad self-acceptance. We crossdressers are growing in number every day, and I think we're gaining acceptance more and more every day!!:drink:

I was about 11 years old when I started wearing my moms dresses and bras. When I was in grade 7 we had a slave sale where we in the 7th grade were purchased by the higher grades kids. They were able to tell us what to do and what to wear....most of the guys had to wear skirts and bras. I was very happy with that idea as I new what would fit from moms clothes. Mom did agree with the dress I picked and the bra,nylons and shoes too. Darn it felted good to dress up without having to hide.:heehee:

The first occasion I can remember was when I was 4 of 5 years old. I wore a coat of a girl next door and was very exited about the feeling.

But the real dressing stated when I was 11 - 12 years old. My mother was quite some time from home, so I had lots of occasions to browse in her and - that was the best - in my sisters wardrobe.

I was 13 and dressed in a purple dress my mother had, hose, and white heels. I had skipped school. I then went out for a walk and actually walked by a home being built with many construction workers only feet away from me. I think I was passable, but I think my first time dressing was my introduction to pink fog. It was fantastic!

For me,,it was at age 7, my babysitter wanted to take me to a public park wading pool, but I had no swimsuit. In those days, all boys wore speedo brief type swimsuits, soo,,she fashioned a pair of her full brief nylon panties on me, to wear while in the pool. I loved it,,and forever "hooked":-)

I dressed up for charity about two years ago (age 37) but I guess that doesn't really count:brolleyes:

I've been under-dressing for two and a half years now but December 29th 2008 was my first time fully dressed. I've been dressed twice since then. As much as I enjoy it, I couldn't do it on a daily basis, theres way too much effort involved.

my earliest remembrance was when i got out of the shower and my mom "jokingly" told me to change in my sisters room after i got out, so i did as i was told and changed in my sisters room lol, just not in my clothes. I don't know what made me do it, probability saw something on tv or something.

I walked into the family room wearing her pink ballet uniform with a tutu, slippers and sparkly pink tights.

i replay it in my mind everytime i put on girls clothes

when i first watched this video it reminded me of that experience, just pitcher everything pink,and that would have been me
