I just looked up the causes of gynecomastia
When you develop glandular tissue in your breasts—as opposed to fat tissue—it's called gynecomastia. The culprits behind full-fledged man boobs largely have to do with your hormones.
"The [development] of extra breast tissue occurs when you have relatively lower testosterone levels or relatively higher estrogen levels."
I guess it should have been obvious.

I have to say, this is one of the most intriguing threads I can remember reading here.
I'm totally in love with my little boobs and very slowly, my nipples are growing. My entire life I couldn't stand them being touched, but that's changed completely.
I started buying panty/bra sets fairly recently... joy.

I'm trying for more breast weight.
I'm up there with 36 D cup, even 36DD cups, but I always feel so pert. I want to sag!
I've been wearing Bardot tops without a bra to avoid strap marks, and the boob weight & volume has been really noticeable after a few hours of moving about.
I find that I am cradling my left breast inside my top.
-
Another quick update. Breast growth has really slowed down (maybe stopped - Sigh). At least the tenderness is gone and I'm not feeling the mass behind my nipples.
Wow! Over 28,000 views.

I can commiserate with much being said here - guys with boobs. I have always had boobs. The constant torment in gym class, "you're bigger than my mom." And whoever invented shirts and skins should be staked out over an anthill. But it did help with crossdressing - tee hee.
I'm a 44 D to DD. It amazes me the differences in bras. I'm a coward so I buy mostly used on line (Poshmark and eBay). After a car accident I had a lump that wouldn't go away. They did a mammogram (not fun with big boobs- they smash the crap out of you). It was nothing. Seat belt caught on my boob and about ripped it off. Small issue.
I absolutely love bras. If I could I have have one for every day of the year. LOL.

I too have gynecomastia. I think it was around the first of this year I too had to go and get a mammogram for the first time when I told my family physician I found two lumps both were on my right breast but they?re just cysts and they suggested I get checked every two years. I was a 38C and pain wasn?t terrible getting smashed in the X-ray machine this time. I?ve had many GG friends say how much it hurt I can only imagine being bigger that that. One of my best friends is a 44 double G and she always hated to go so much. I hope I don?t grow too much more as I?ve widened out to a 38D now. I?m happy there I think I?ll be ok so long as I don?t gain too many pounds especially with the holidays coming up lol

I?m not certain for sure anymore but JC Penney always used to carry thick white t-shirts for men they?re or were heavy duty.

An update on my growing situation mostly down below the medication. I was taking was already at the maximum, so there's not going to be any increase in growth above as a side effect. I was more looking forward to the side effects, then the actual intended benefit.
The whole wobbly thing or feeling off-balance. I don't know. Maybe i'm too used to them, or maybe because there silicone, there's less movement? I've never felt i've experienced this. I don't think 34-D is small. That's the same size I've ever had. I mostly just feel the weight when they're on. It's not even that much.I mean, not that much different, it's about four pounds combined. I've never really felt the change in mass or movement.
-
Update - Growth seems to have stopped (maybe a or aa). Although I try to encourage the girls, they don't seem to be listening.

Hey Girl,
I was diagnosed with gynocomastia earlier this month. I've already grown out to a full "B" cup.
While I haven't done anything to encourage this it does feel nice to actually fill out a bra.
-
I found a compression clothing website (tomboyx) that sells compression bras. They compress my 46B?s so that they are unnoticeable with Columbia quick dry shirts and some old navy t-shirts.
-
Compression? Why do that? I like them out and about. Even in man mode.

Thank you for sharing your good news! I love the "Catch up to your sister" Thanks again for making me smile.

Has there ever been any adverse or negative effects of getting Gynecomastia
-
Yes, I love this topic. One of my biggest problems has been with white satin blouses. They are often too tight to be worn with forms. Since developing shapely breasts, this is no longer a problem. I can go braless in a white satin top and still look distinctly feminine. I have permanently erect nipples, which makes my natural boobs even more noticeable.
