I always had a sexy sensation when I heard the name Kristine. lol. Might sound strange but its the truth! lol

My mother desperately wanted me to be Annabel, but I arrived with the wrong equipment. My father died when I was two years old, and my mother then decided that I was the favored son and was to be the alpha male of the family, a role with which I had the greatest difficulty. Little did she know that Annabel really was there inside me, and she would have been horrified if she had known. When I finally was able to allow my inner woman to emerge and acquired other TG friends and acquaintances, I confessed that I wasn't really all that fond of Annabel as a name, and they started calling me Annie. So I amended my name to AnnieBL with the BL as a reminder of my origin. Sometimes now that Annie is a physical reality I feel that the BL may have stood for Before Liberation.

Paul to Pauline was the nice part for me.Moving from the quiet secluded Pauline to the more sharing, open Pauline makes for an interesting journey. Everything from where to buy to where to go. Open to advice and ideas.

Rachel Rose. Rose is the name my parents decided on if I was born a girl. Rachel has just always been a favorite of mine, and it's kinda similar to my male name

Lexi is the name of a childhood friend of mine. She was my first true love. I love wearing heels, especially pumps-hence the last name Vanderpump.

Elisabeth's name comes from Betty of "My husband Betty", well known book written by Helen Boyd. I bought it some years ago when I came out with my wife, to try to let her know that I wasn't the only crossdresser in the world.

The first female friend I told about my crossdressing helped me pick it out. My boy name also starts with M so it seemed a good fit. I am just not sure I look like a Mercedes but I aspire to.

my friends chose Mercedes because i crossdressed for halloween as a hooker.

Kim is my cousins name, she never liked it, change then changed it back.

I choose the name Julie for various reasons. I went to school with a girl named Julie who's very friendly. It's rather very pretty and feminine of a name. Julie is French meaning softhaired, youthful, and beautiful. All the reasons that I liked the name Julie.

I chose the name Clodagh because it is an Irish name that I hadn't seen any other girl use and any Clodagh that i have ever met was very pretty and feminine.

I chose Sara because I was always told that would be my name if I was born a girl.

I decided on my fem name as Anna. Its a pretty name and I think it has a submissive fem tone to it (describing my fem nature perfectly!) and it doesn't hurt that my ex sister-in-law was named that as well and I found her to be just what I described-very fem and girly, quiet and submissive type....perfect match for me :)

I've been Lady Gambrell on here, but the name just came from the old "first pet + street you grew up on" game. Then it was Brittany Gambrell for a very brief while. I love the name but when I finally introduced myself to someone with it, it just didn't feel right.

So here I am Ginger Jameson. Ginger because it's a sultry, old timey name and as a root its tart and spicy. Jameson from my male name and as a porn start joke.

I have always felt female inside. This name seemed completely right and natural.

I chose Cassandra, because Cassandra Fever was a huge inspiration to me, I really admire her, and her looks. Plus I like the sound of this name.

When I was a child - Wendy was my nickname (Which was a slight variation on my real name).
My parents started calling me by my real name fairly young - I don't think that they understood what it would mean later.
My grandparents called me Wendy up until they passed away (some habits just never change).

When I needed a fem name - I decided that I really liked "Wendy" and decided to keep it.

No one else in the family knows about this however.

hmm well my current name is sissy phylis which worked when my underdressing interest was pretty much erotic my normal (?????) name is philip anthony so I am considering changing it to a more doable name of phylis ann as my tastes are now running a bit more conservitive

Iv'e always liked the name Karen but i finally decided on the spelling as Caryn when i saw it used somewhere. And it since is also very close to my male name I knew that was it.

I like Francesca. I don't really look like a Francesca though, but it sounds pretty.

I'm still having a tough time picking one, hence the generic screen name. I don't know that I really need one or anything, but I'm still talking about it so...

It's close to one of my names. I find it ironic that my real names creates gender confusion among others who do not realize that I can fill in the blanks and put last name first, and first last, and that others believe I cannot do to this simple task, and that others assume I am female because of my surname. I have always received mail addressed to "Ms." I also find it ironic that my given name is a masculinized version of a long-ago deceased aunt's name.

Tiffany was the first girl I dated that seemed to have all the girl look figured out. Granted was fifth grade but was lucky enough to "gone out with" twice. Jane is the middle name of my girl next door neighbor growing up. We were a year apart and learned a lot about eachother as kids growing up. Was as innocent and enlightening as kids growing up as siblings. She was also the one to get me to wear a dress for the first time with heels and a wig. Man how things change, the more they stay the same.

The first time ever I was having my hair and make up professionally done. they were in the process of curling my hair, my wife looked at me and said, "You look just like Roxie Hart (played by Renee Zellweger) from the movie/musical Chicago. I thought, I like it. Then chose May for the middle 'cause its my fav month.

Amber Lynn. Simply because a girl I knew in high school that was her name and I always thought it was so beautiful sounding

I chose my fem-name, Leslie Welsh, because "Leslie" is actually my biological father's middle name and I've always liked it as both a man's and a woman's name. My last name, "Welsh", is my family heritage or background. We are Welsh on my paternal side. So, there you have it. That is where the name, Leslie Ann Welsh, came from. My wife even likes it. :-)

Tasha was a girl I was crazy about, first woman who I not only wanted to get in her pants, but also get into her pants, if you catch my drift. We were about the same size and I loved her look. Wish it would have worked out.

So umm... I'm brand new to the site and I've been dressing on and off for about 2 years now.
I've always liked two names, Tammy and Sasha. I never know which one to pick but Tammy comes forward more as a public name where Sasha is a more intimate name to me and I use it much less.

Mine is Vicky, short for Victoria. It is a woman of strength. All the girls I know named Vicky are tough independent women. My "drag mother" if you will gave it to me because of my size and alternate life.

The name Angela just came to me at a point that I was rapidly expanding my CDing. I never thought I would give myself a girl name but I really like it.

easy for me, leslie was always thought of as female, so to make it more obvious i just dropped the last 'e'.

I was having a lot of trouble coming up with a name for years; what I'm using these days was basically a variation of something I got from the random name generator for a fantasy RPG computer game and had the same initials as my real name, I may end up changing it again, but think I like the Cara part at least, so it might stick.
