LOSS of WEIGHT & GUT (tempory) to look better

Consider the following to loose weight and the gut:
1): Whatever ya have on the plate in front of ya, eat only 1/2 of it.
2): Cut the meal intake to twice daily eating a regular breakfast and a late lunch/early dinner - REMEMBER, eat only half what you've routinely eat!.
When ya do dress femine:
a): Shower before slipping into undergarments.
b): After slipping on panties, don't put on your brassiere - WAIT.
c): Apply all facial makeup, style hair and add earrings, necklace.
d): Pull your chest and stomach in before wrappring sarin or glad wrap around the body several times. This will not hold ya iin like a girdle or corset but works well (inexpensive to). Before putting on a brassiere, wrap your body tight (over the wrap) with duct tape. This will keep ya pulled in and most if not all the gut goes to your butt. I've been using thiese techniques for years and the results are reduction of waist from 38 to 30 in 14-15 months. Of course I also walked around the block at least 3 times a week.
e): Use a sissors to cut the sarin or glad wrap (tape) when undressing.
