1. Face. Growing up disfigured I learned all the disadvantages that come with that. I still have the scars, and the irregular teeth (missing one of my eye teeth, so I have one 'front' tooth dead center, instead of two. Looks weird; I've adjusted my smile a little to one side over the years so it's hard to tell, but eventually people notice).
2. Downsize the body please. I've never been able to get nice clothes. Six foot even, would have been just fine. I could go as short as maybe 5'8". Yes, women like taller men, but most women are shorter than that, so I'd still have plenty to choose from.
3. Slightly darker skin. Growing up with very light skin made me shun the outdoors in summers, as one good sunburn (and that would only take a few minutes) would mean I couldn't go out much for weeks, and even then, would have to actively seek shade whenever I could. That was a real pain in the ass.

Of things that could really happen, I would pick removal of facial and body hair and the ability to speak in a feminine voice. Number three could be any number of things; no adams apple, feminine waist, bigger hips, etc.

2.) Slightly larger breasts
3.) Loose the tummy pooch.
1) Smaller feet
2) Height to 5'9 (currently 6'1)
3) More rounded butt (mine is very flat)
1) flatter stomach and thin like I was in college
2) smaller size feet, size 10 women's, maybe size 12 at the largest. Currently size 15-16 women's
3) Less body Hair!!!
Everything else I either like too much to give up, or I can live with
My top three choices are ones that can't be changed with survey or hormones.
Legs:
1. Skinny thighs (even for a guy there ugly)
2. Knees (they are the same size as my thighs. For knees they are just way too large to look anywhere feminine.)
3. Feet ( way to wide, can't find any heels that I can walk in even if it's just around the house.)
1. Hips
2. Body hair (I'm lightly covered in it, and I've always hated it)
3. Hands. To me, they're on of the most feminine parts of a woman. I'm not really sure what makes a hand look female -- my hands aren't huge and I have thin fingers, but they still look decidedly male.
1. Voice.
2. Feminine hair style achieved without a wig.
3. Natural breasts.
Being 65.5 inches, I do not view my height as a problem.

Voice would be my number 1, actually.
#1 Slimmer frame
#2 slightly shapelier hips & rear
#3 Voice, but limited since I do enjoy my male mode too.

All of this would be semi andro if I played it up right.
#3 is a tie since both I've already sort of worked around enough.
1, Slimmer more shapely frame
2, nice boobs
3, not to sound so deep even when trying to lift my voice (when my voice was breaking it sounded much much better lol)
oh and if there was a no:4.... not to have size 12 feet ;)
1. Be about 50 pounds lighter.

1) Back down to the weight I was at in my early 20s. Which I've been working on the last 3 or 4 months. Down 28 lbs with 8 to go.
2) Get back the strength I had when I was in my early 20s. Lost it all due to desk jobs, college, and having a car (edit: oh and not exercising during those times I suppose)... just starting to work on that now.
3) My hearing... between sinus issues and rock concerts its pretty deplorable. Not sure that's fixable without hearing aids.
I just realized I figured out my #3. More feminine features. I especially have issues with my chin, and t-zone.
As the Queens from RuPaul's drag race put it I really "beat face" to get those into line with the look I want.
I guess I am relatively fortunate since I already have D cup breasts, wide hips, and long hair. I speak and sing in the bass range, which I do not want to change. I don't have beard shadow nor do I have a brow ridge.
Having said the above, here are some things I need to change:
1. Overcome the "Battle of the Bulge". If I do that I just might have a nice hourglass figure.
2. Get my teeth fixed.
3. Give treatment to my fingernails so they do not split.
It would be nice to have narrower feet so I could buy M width women's shoes.

Number one a more feminine nose and two would be to be smooth all over and three just a little bigger breasts
For me 1) not ever having to shave/epilate 2)plenty of hair so no need for a wig and 3) most important of all bigger breasts
1) bigger breasts,2) No body hair at all,3) More head hair so I do not need a wig.
Hi friends I got mixed up with my computer hence 2 replies, brain cells are good some time !
Overall I am happy with my body, about the only thing I want to change is my face, softer skin and some bigger boobs.
