I have a variety of shoes from the usual places (Fredericks, Sexy Shoes.Com) but the easiest and most comfortable pair are from Fanfares, 3" Classic Pump in red. I can wear or drive in these all day long without any problem. Over that, I too suffer the same ball of the foot problems. Howver, Gel inserts have made my 5" Fredericks tolerable for up to a couple of hours.
