If you could have your top 3 changes in your appearance/body

Hmmm, I'd have to say
1)Hair (Body and head)
2)Breasts
3)Voice
I'd also like softer skin and my fat redistributed better but those are my top three.

What would I change

1. A thinner frame, especially my upper body
2. Less body hair, because just gross
3. A more feminine voice.

2. no body hair
3. less weight . . . . . .
Can pad for the rest and do have b-c cup breast already although not sure what they would be like with less weight. I'm sure I would still have at least a b.

I'd like to be slimmer in general. Finding a dress or top that I really like, only to find out that it makes my shoulders look even bigger, is such a mood-killer.

I'd go with this:
1 Longer/fuller hair (on my head) since I'm rapidly becoming the victim of male pattern baldness
2 Smaller waist/lower body weight. I'm getting to the seriously over weight point and need to do something about this in either presentation
3 Less body hair. I'm just hairy all over. Even after working on the leg hair, I still have so much other hair (chest, arms, back) that needs to be gone.

1. Anatomy/Belly fat.
2. More natural Breasts
3. Butt.

Less facial hair, longer hair and more curves

I would love to have.
1 No hair excepton my head.

2 Real 38 c breasts

3 a more girly look.

1) no body hair excepts eyebrowse and Straight and silky black hair on head.

I think about this pretty often, actually. My top 3 are:

1. NO MORE FACIAL HAIR!!!
2. Some hips and booty
3. A little bit of boobs

1) more head hair so do not need to get a wig
2) real breasts,definately not implants but "home grown"
3) a more feminine waist

Well, on the basis that we are just talking about feminising atrributes, I would say - 1. more feminine bum, 2. straighter posture, 3. lower hairline

breast can grow and people notice these three first

I'd change almost everything physical about myself if I could but whittled down to a top 3 wishlist it would be:

1. Shrink my blocky, oversized deltoids and narrow down my stupidly broad shoulders about 2 inches on each side so they are in better proportion with my lower section and I'd no longer look like I have a shrunken pinhead attached to them.
2. reduce and reshape my long drooping pointy witch chin that sticks out like a pelican's beak in side profile, and a fuller more symmetrical jawline (I am saving up so that I might see a cosmetic surgeon and possibly be able to have this done in the future)
3. A longer, thinner more graceful looking neck (why is mine so wide and muscular when I don't even work out?)

Honourable mention would also be to have a less croaky, more androgynous voice. Speech therapy or coaching could probably help me with that. I could do with that anyway to learn to vocally project and enunciate better as people always seem to have a hard time hearing me or understanding what I try to say.

Three things.......1st, smaller feet so my wife and I could share shoes! I'm a shoeaholic.
2nd, a more fem voice
3rd, no body hair, as others have said from the nose down.

Always having a somewhat feminine body..... great legs........ even wider hips, bigger bottom , and narrower shoulders for a male... etc (see my avatar)

As someone else responded in this thread, my changes would allow me to switch between my male and female sides…

1) Less body hair
2) Full head of hair
3) Better nails

Nice firm breasts and a bigger bottom also soft facial skin with no hair

1. HRT induced feminized body
2. FFS to not have a lumber-jack head on a VS models body
3. Loose another 30 pounds or so and work on keeping it fit.

Lose weight.
More feminine face shape.
More convincing voice.
