It's not that it shows up late; that's apparent by the threads about when we started crossdressing, which is almost always earlier than 18. It's just that the crossdressers HERE tend to be older. Another guess: Perhaps many of the younger ones are still either in the denial stage, where they think it will go away, or like I was, thought that they have 'beaten it' by not doing it for quite a while. Whenever I was in relationships with women the desire to crossdress was either non existant, or occured so seldom that it was just a transient desire that passed pretty quick. In the daytime I was busy with work, and my nights were usually filled with dating and going out. All my emotional needs were being met, so, no stress to make the desire to crossdress 'kick in'.Quote:
