My first name was a total fluke. It was the first time i was dressed out at a club and someone asked what my name was, I panicked and said the first name that poped into my head "tiffany". My midle name came from some friends who enjoyed the show NCIS as much as me and noticed the similarities between myself and a girl on the show "Abby", things like piercings, tattoos, very goth and neurotic lol.
Yep! exactly that!:) I didn't have to think about it too much, it even came with a last name:oQuote:

I wanted something that was simple, short, and worked in a couple different languages. Also, something that didn't sound anything like my male name. I thought about it a lot and then one day Maya came to me and I just liked it, it felt like me :battingeyelashes:. I might play around with the spelling of it, but I hope I'll be sticking to it.:D
Rachel Karana Williams. That's my full en femme name. I have always loved the name Rachel & I chose Karana after the girl heroine of my all-time favorite book "Island Of The Blue Dolphins".
"Kimberly Gale Welcher" is my whole female name, I chose it because each part of the name has the same number of syllables that my male name has.
Not real hard! I admired my mother-in-law so I took her name after she passed away.

A number of years ago when free chat rooms were still rockin' I endeavored to come up with a persona for a CD chatroom. The thought of expressing my female alter-ego online made me feel pretty and sexy, yet somewhat vulnerable and dimunitive - for some reason "Thumbelina" struck me as the perfect handle.
I've been through a few names. It was Heather when I was 16. I stopped dressing for a long time and I went by Nikki when I came back. However, I've decided that sounds too ****ty, so I went with the name of a GG that I know since its cute and simple -- Kiley Moore
I chose my name because I always loved Stephanie Beecham when I was growing up, such a sexy classy lady and also I am a major Ford Capri lover.....so Steffi Capri :D
my favorite female is angelina jolie hence angie, and mead i picked up from my girlfriends name since she gave birth to me!
Ok this is weird, but my name came from my avatar in Second Life. They don't let you make up your own last name, so I choose Absent from their list because I sometimes consider myself absent minded. Then Sandra just always just always seemed like a pretty name for me.
I am an oil painting portrait painter....I picked a name that goes with that theme....and another thing is I want my name to be okay to use if I was out chattting with other dressers, and they call me, I do not want heads to turn. So, the name I use is.......Drew
I was in a chat room chatting with other people when they asked my my femme name. I could never come up with a name that I really liked that I could stick with. So I asked for help and someone feminized my name Charles to Charline and it kinda stuck, I was called Charlie as a child so they are pretty close (though now I go by Chuck when I'm a man)
I chose the name of a girl I knew and liked in my childhood. I always thought she looked very good and she was born on the exact same date as I.

My fem name is "Amber Chen".
It came to me because, since I was a teen, I was fascinated by amber, the semiprecious stone. Especially Baltic amber, commonly mined or found in Lithuania, Latvia and other countries nearby the Baltic Sea. It is the resin oozed out by long extinct trees of 40 million years ago, and has been used in jewelry throughout human history. It comes in many colors, from nearly clear to white, green, honey yellow, and black. My favorite is the honey yellow. Amber frequently has "inclusions", things from the forest floor that got stuck in the resin before it hardened, which include leaves, twigs, insects, and even small animals (frogs, lizards). Our ancestors valued amber for its beauty as well as for its protective powers against evil, and its healing powers in herbal preparations.

I found several amber jewelry pieces that I really like and wear frequently: an amber pendant with a "starburst" inclusion, and two silver rings with amber center pieces (one has an insect inclusion!).
So, "Amber" I am. I started using it even while in "boy" mode, and only a few people questioned it.
The "Chen" I chose because it's a variation of my mother's maiden name (which will remain secret!).

Initially I thought Catherine was a good name but it seemed too cold to me. Then I went with Cate for awhile, but an irl Cate I knew ruined that for me. And finally I settled on trying to figure out a name that mimicked my name and its relation to my personality. End Result: Abby.
My boy name is Cody (which I considered keeping) btw.
my wife named me when she took me as her sissy. i now serve as her wife and maid. i have never been happier and try everyday to find ways please my Princess. my goal in life is to make my Princess's life as happy and pleasurable as i can.

I used to use the feminized version of my name, but then after I broke up with my girlfriend, I kinda stopped dressing for about a year or so. When I started up again, I just sorta decided that I needed a new name.
There was one day where I was brainstorming ideas. My mind kinda wandered around a bit and then I thought about River, (like River Tam from Firefly, I am a nerd and proud of it :D). I decided that the name was a little too nature-y, so the next logical jump gave me Summer. Then, quite independently on the same day, my friend said that Summer was one of her favorite girl names, so it kinda stuck.
The really funny part is that it wasn't until after I made that decision that I remembered that the character River was played by Summer Glau.
Just looked the top chosen girl names in a certain time period. I chose Alexis to be mine:)
Mine has always been Lacy.... This came from my love of wear lacy lingeire which has always been my favorite
I wish I could give an answer to this- I first dressed and felt better being a girl younger than I can still remember. I always felt like Tanya was right. I guess Lynn became a middle name somewhere along the line, because it sounded right, and Im 51. I guess that works.

i think we are all confused in the beginning. my wife and Princess keeps me guided in the right direction. i love my life now that she dresses me in all things pretty.
