When I was testing the waters with my GF, I would threaten to wear tights and a tutu and call myself "Sally". She'd protest and threaten to shaver her head and call herself "Merv" (ya... messed it up on my screen name). I don't really like the name Sally, but I'll keep it for sentimental reasons :)
Just seemed like it was meant to be, I never really thought about it, it just was!
Lynette came down over my life span ~ From Male named as Leonard and then chose as a nic name from my Granny to Lennie. Then to Lynette to keep the family name Hunter.

I chose the name Jessica because it was the name of my first crush, back in grade school. Ever since then I have liked the name.
I really have never thought of chosing a name. I have never been sure about it, just as I had to be very cautious about dressing. Is that wrong? Should I have thought of a name by now?
I was given this name by the girl next door when we would play dressup. So I've always thought of myself as Susan.

Mine just popped into my head while driving one day, and as I thought about it I realised there were several layers of metaphor in it. Its a powerful image reflecting how powerful I sometimes feel, and the shifting colours and patterns reflect my ever evolving personality and emotions. Thus I kept it.

Rebekah Jones: Rebekah was a girl I went to primary school with, she was very sensitive and easily upset, whenever she cried I would feel very bad for her. I also love the fact that the meaning of Rebekah is ‘to bind’. Jones comes from the old TV series ‘Take a letter Mr Jones’, there was always something about the gender role swap of the show that interested me for some reason :)
