For some of you Dressing is something you do occassionally for others maybe more full time. How many of you would actually dress full time and present as a woman if there were no social taboos and it was considered a normal alternative life style by everyone including your family and work colleagues.

I would probably dress about 40% of the time. I still prefer male me!

No question about it as i have no interest in male clothes at all , got to put in an effort some times though:D
I'd probably wear hosiery and a skirt. Low heeled shoes, though.

Definatly 100% of the for me.
I'd say about 75% of the time. Whenever I'm getting ready to go to work or go out, I look at my girl side of the closet & think "would I love to be wearing that!"Quote:

I would CD most of the time. I suppose I could wear some casual clothes like shorts and a T-shirt around the house but going out, work would definatly be a girl. It's just how I feel most comfortable.
I think 50/50 for me. I like chasing girls, and it would be pretty dangerous in high heels.:)
I'd dress all the time, except when I work in the field. I work outside in AZ and jeans or shorts and a t-shirt it is, and its soaked with sweat by the end of the day.

Hopefully by this time next year discrimination against all trans people will illegal in the UK and we can start to work towards the level of social acceptance that gays are now starting to enjoy as a result of their long struggle.
In answer to you question, probably about 90% of the time. I've tried 100% and it's not quite practical for me for a number reasons I don't have time to go into as I'm just going to watch QI.
I would likely wear atleast somthing fem all the time, when I wasn't doing something dirty, like fix'n my old truck.

Sure I would! I love the fashions, I love the look, I love the feel. Socially acceptable or not doesn't change these things. Would it be as much fun? I dunno . . . :D
I am already moving towards dressing full time. I have found that most people don't care how you are dressed anyway, it's all about having the confidence to do it.

Would you still remember the alternate universe where there was fear of non-acceptance? Or would you, like everyone else in this strange new world, think it nothing, have always thought it nothing? And if it's nothing, why do it?
Definitely would have some days that I left the house dressed...full time? Maybe not. My taste do seem to be that I like ladies fashions more than guy stuff. If it was that acceptable, we would probably have a much better society.

An awfull lot of people do just that now ,but I for one couldnt do what i do now dressed as a woman,its a time consuming job getting ready,trying to look fairly passable,when you havnt got GGs features

Interesting question. I dress far less than most of those posting on this thread and perhaps I would initially dress more if it were suddenly acceptable. After the novelty passed I think I might stop dressing since the taboo probably a significant part of the thrill that I get out of crossdressing.
If there were no gender taboos regarding what you wear then crossdressing, as defined, would cease to exist.
Not sure I can put a per cent on how much time I would dress, but I sure would love to have the option. A guess would be 40% girl and 60% boy.

Probably half and half. I would wear skirts frequently but make-up? depends on how late I am running :)

I WOULD SAY 75 % of the time , I still like being a man but I would love to have a job where I dress when I wanted to. If that was true then maybe 100%
That is a hard question to answer. I think that I would be "full-time" much of the time.

I would dress whenever I didn't have guy stuff to do, Whenever there was leisure time, Or I had things to do that could be done in a dress. Probably about 40% of the time that I am not at work. I can cook, do laundry, pickup the house in a dress just fine.
Hey, I'm a guy and, therefore, basically lazy. :) I would not dress every day. Being a woman, Bev, you know how much effort it takes. If I were a woman or a man that dressed as one every day, due to my feminine pride in my appearance, I would have to wear makeup every day. I would have to do my hair every day. I would have to pay extra attention to my outfits every day. As a part-time girl, I don't have to do this, I get to do this. Big difference, from my perspective.
So, do I love it? Oh my, yes! If I did it every day, it would lose that special something that makes me look forward to getting girly.

Full time all the time. I just like feminine things better. I would be in heaven.
If Dressing full time in femme, were looked at as normal, then yes I would do it full time. As it is, with the economic times being the way they are, I try to balance things out. Also, if I had the ability to be more passable, that would also influence my decision.
I would definitely wear feminine finery more often.........especially skirts, because.........as Gabrielle Hermosa would say, I hate pants.
I would definitely get rid of all the boy clothes in my closets, but I suspect my day to day look would be more casual than my "dressed up" appearance is now. Still, I'd love to have my hair done, wear makeup, jewelry, nails and heels all the time. (Heck, I do that a lot already!)

I would certainly dress a lot more often but I am sure there would still be many times when I would wear guy stuff. I wouldn't want to subject my girl clothes to getting under may car and changing the oil. I would probably be part girly girl and part tomboy and wear guy clothes in tomboy mode.
I'd probably dress at least 50% of the time, but makeup and hair maybe 1 day a week....I am quite lazy.
If CDing and Transgender in general were acceptable when I was younger, I would have been a girl by age 20.
If it were acceptable today, and I were not married, I would dress 100%, but not go through with SRS.
But, since I have the life I do, and if it were 100% acceptable by society, I would have to negotiate that with my SO. I certainly would hope it would be more than what I do now. :D

I would say proabably about 80 to 90% percent of the time. I now always wear a nightgown to bed. When I get home, I change into either my favorite pair of heels or put on my flats. I imagine what I would wear to work. The color and length of the skirt and blouse, color of my nails, etc. Only time I would probably not be dressed in female clothing is when I have to mow the lawn and of course when I am in the shower ;).

HI, I would have to say that I would be about 65% I still like to get grubby at times and would not be presenting my female side very well but at times that I don't get all dirty I would be having my girl on.
