Some are asking for feedback.....I am just doing this as a member/ something fun to learn about each other. And since I had so many here that seem to enjoy it ( from pms) I kept it going. As long as it?s a fun thing for everyone to see how much we are all alike or learn something about each other. It is just done for conversation and understanding and hope fun.

Ok, Di! I am transgender not a crossdresser so if I don't count for this just delete! I think these are fun also!

1) Don't purge the favorite things...everything else but the favorites.

2) The night that the picture was taken that I have here on my profile. I was driven leading up to that night to get that dress hemmed and I'd just received the crinoline slip a few weeks before. I think that was the most passable I had ever been. I was quite pleased and still look at them to help me with pink fog.

1) You're never going to believe this but when you're sixtyish you'll be a woman .
2) Living my life finally as Teresa .
3) Early childhood dreams revealed the whole story nowdays I don't dream that much about the situation .
4) I guess it's not CDing anymore I'm comfortably Teresa everyday .
5) Not my favourite but I'm OK about totally shaving everyday .
6) I've always referred to it as a male straightjacket , or when still in the closet solitary confinement , it could also be an escape from dysphoria .
7) The greatest pleasure when I moved to my new home was being able to hang my clothing in a wardrobe , arrange my shoes on racks and lay my other items neatly in drawers .
8) Crossdressing to me now is wearing drab .
9) Everything has changed personally but my family haven't changed , thankfully I still have them .

16) Male mode makes me feel uncomfortable and out of place which I have to do a few hours a month otherwise I'm totally comfotable and at ease as a female .
17) I wasn't a perfect man it would be wishful thinking to assume I'm a perfect woman in that context I'm perfectly happy how I present myself .
18) My one desire when I was a professional photographer was to be one of the bridesmaids , I preferred the style and colour of the dresses to the brides , most bridal gowns aren't that comfortable to wear , I certainly can't see me getting married again . Nowdays I'm perfectly happy with what I have .

I normally don't remember my dreams. But I'm just me. I'm not sure I'm in any particular mode. But probably more m than f

This isn't just a phase, it will be with you for the rest of your life.

Male I guess. The closest I get to dreaming that I'm female usually involves crossdressing related dreams which by default makes me male. Most often though gender doesn't really play a part in my dreams.

Many times per day every day.

Electrolysis because it's permanent.

N/A on this one. It's not escapism for me.

Nothing hidden here. My women's clothes are in two closets and one of my dresser drawers. My wife may not be thrilled but she is OK with that.

It's not just the clothes. It's outward evidence of my inner self.

It has long since lost its sexual aspect for one thing. Also the need is much stronger now than it ever has been.

My wife, but that will likely never happen. I get to dress at home around her in a limited sense (clothes and accessories but no forms, wig or makeup). I would love to be able to do the whole thing and go out with her but I certainly understand why she doesn't want to do that.

Not enough! :laughing: Limited dressing about twice a week, full dressing about once a week at the moment.

Less so now than there once was. I used to try to adopt mannerisms and carry myself in a less overly masculine way but over time I have integrated those mannerisms into my everyday life so the difference between dressed and not dressed is not so stark.

I'm terrible with eye makeup! I'm getting a little better but a few years ago I lost most of the sight in one eye, so that certainly doesn't help.

I am in a management position over a dozen direct reports, and that many again contractors. These are field installers of mechanical and building systems such as HVAC, roofing, structural, and electrical systems. They tend to be men?s men and are proud of it. For some reason when in enfemme mode I am able to step out of this perceived authoritative personna and relax.

7) Do you have a place for your clothing ect or is it hidden? Hidden but my wife knows where it is, we have a DADT relationship for my cross-dressing (this is the only part of our relationship that is DADT)

Don?t be afraid. I have many regrets during this time. I should have shaved my legs when I was younger. One of my biggest was not going out one day after buying new shoes. I would tell young Kimmy to go out that day and enjoy the day as a girl! She looked super cute that day too.

Usually no more than once a month, and probably less really. It comes more in waves (look, here's my pink fog after all). Since I came out to my wife, I'm introspecting my crossdressing several times a day, but not thinking about doing it.

Oh you mean hair, not hair (I was that close to answer ageing). My favorite removal tool is opaque pantyhose. Which is not comfortable in all seasons as we don't have air conditioning in our flat, so that makes me a hibernating crossdresser species. I just happen to hibernate in summer, so my crossdressing self doesn't meet bears very often (which is fine with me, I mean, pantyhose and claws, always complicated).

That is indeed something I tell my wife. When I do, she is offended. Because I say something like "Dressed as a female I don't think about my male problems" -> ergo: females are brainless and I would so much enjoy being in their shoes, thinking only about dresses and frilly things. How is that for offending. Fortunately that is not what I mean. Women have as much problems as males do. They too are pressured by social codes and expectations (be this, do that, biological clock is ticking, and Bob Loblaw). So, women should like to escape too, once in a while, after all.
Back to the drawing table, I asked myself the reason why I was alluding to "male problems". And I realized that the actual feeling would be more aptly described by saying "When I dress I forget about my problems", period. But because my crossdressing requires distancing from my usual self, and my usual self is male, if you ask me which kind of luggage I dropped when doing it, "male problems" will come to mind. I think it is just that: another way of saying that I forget about my problems for a while.
So, why do I forget about my problems? I identified three reasons:

1. Because being dressed as a woman sends me a long way from my usual self. I feel like an astronaut walking on the moon in my XX suit. I am walking and lounging in the same surroundings as usual, but all feelings and sensations are new or different, my female costume is subtly altering every interaction I have with the physical world, when I move, walk, cross legs, extend arms, it's always there, resisting, hugging, rubbing, clicking. If I look at myself, at my body, it's me, and yet a different version of me. It's a little out of body experiment to some extent, I am looking for example at legs that don't seem to be mine.
2. Because I concentrate on myself and the whole experience when I crossdress. I do so in private and this is a moment just for me. I take time to dress, to put on my make up. Then I spend time enjoying the feelings and sensations of being clad in a woman costume. These are both intense and peaceful moments.
3. Because I feel safe in that female costume, it somehow pampers me. It hugs me and I feel it around me, like a shell protecting me, or a thin armor (as I write these lines I realize it may sound like I am writing about a uterus). If you like disguises or have done some amateur theater you may know this feeling. The costume shelters you, behind its cover you become free and less inhibited, a more genuine version of yourself that drops the everyday act and gets ready for a new experience.

All of this makes for a moment of loneliness, peace and softness, of introspection too at times. I describe this to my wife as being my own private spa, a place and time where for a few hours I tend to forget my problems, where there are no conflicts and no stakes. That is my escapism. And what do I escape from? Well, anything that would worry a man or a woman. Work, providing, bad decisions, illness, death, and of course bad hair days (yes, we have these, too).

I have a suitcase in the cellar. All my earthly female belongings fit there. My wife knows where it is.

A moment to myself, where I can explore and linger in my fantasy, and be all around content.

It changed two years ago as I finally could put together a small wardrobe of mine. It enhanced the experience, without substantially changing the nature of it.

I can better fit the female presentation I had in mind for years. It allows me to identify more as a woman wearing these clothes (not as a woman per se), and when looking in a mirror I can better play this game of wondering how I could have looked like if my spermatozoid had tripped and another one had won the race. It made the sexual element of dressing recede substantially, although an erotic vibe is always present as I am much receptive to the female cues.

No. I like to be alone when dressed. If my wife asked to, I probably would oblige. If she doesn't, thats fine with me.

i would come home from work, shower and get dressed, and the days stresses were left behind if only for a short while
women may come home fro work take off their bra and put on there pj's to relax
for me, taking off the work clothes and getting dressed was my escape from the daily stresses and bs
having been a blue collar worker, every day of your life in the same uniform, coming home covered in grime from the day
dealing with greasy cars all the time, taking time for me to get dressed pretty, definitely helped to balance my life a bit

eventually she stopped calling and met Raychel. there was times she was still not thrilled about it, but she dealt with it
marriage eventually failed, not because of the dressing
