It is odd indeed that while this part of our lives is so important to us, to find expression and share. We also work hard to keep many (most) of those who know us in the real world far away from this part of our reality. As the discussion here and on Facebook shows, sometimes we decide to close this chapter and go about our lives in a different way and other times I suspect something sad happens in that real world and this part just STOPS. To your question this morning on Facebook, how long will it take before someone calls out, hey what happened to.....?

All of those long detailed posts about your flying pretty and other adventures.
Then there was that one post about, 'I've done it all. Now what?'
It kinda verified that there might be an end to this journey and I've thought about it often.

I followed you for many posts, you have a way of writing that inspire people to feel more liberated. Myself included, I flew this year from Connecticut to California an back. Kim -- thanks for stopping in, you have really triggered a lot of "glad to see you again" replies -- which is so nice to see. I would love to regale you with some witty and insightful story about my recent escapades, but those would be nothing more than the entry in my daily calendar stating: "At home!". Oh well, I am hoping for a better 2021 . . . at least in some part.
