Don't know if this has been brought up before,but,if only for one day ,just one day we had the chance to be totally female,i mean female 100%,how many would want to stay female or go back to being a cd'er after having experienced being a female.I know i would.
I'd let you know after I had finished my day...I'm not sure I'd actually want to spend the rest of my life as a woman. I don't consider myself TS, but maybe my mind would change after having the experience of being completely female.
I would love to be female for just one day and I even know the gg I would switch with. But in the end I would go back. I love my wife and I love being a father and grandfather, sometimes you lose more than you gain by changing paths. I have been bleseed and I know it, at an earlier stage in my life I may have chosen a different path but that's life it is all in the timing

Definitely go back, but truly enjoy the experience.
I would love the experience but something tells me I'd want to go back. or if you could magically switch genders anytime you pleased. wait isn't that what we do?

Sure I would. I do that now on occasion. But Seriously...sure if I could be a real sexy woman for a day and then change back...or not. I would do it in a nanosecond. To experience the feelings, the hormonal changes, the looks from others. It would be great. That is what we try to acheive by getting en femme and going out. Count me in.
I am who I am Hon. Mentally I'm 50% of each. The physical changes would not mean much except for a few changes and I'm pretty good at adapting to my circimstances. Whatever the case, I fail to see the point doing it just for one day. Hardly enough time for most people to make a good judgment call. It's like going to a new place for vacation. All the brochures and reports say it's a wonderful place but you really won't know until you get there to see and experience for yourself.:happy:
It would be a great day but i would want to go back! I love being a girlie, but also a guy. I enjoy being husband, father etc and dong all the boy things. Its a pity there isnt a kind of gender button that would instantly transport you. i would probably be pressing it several times a day. I like my meat and 2 veg and have no plans to get rid of them!

Yep, I agree Teresa. All too easy to have a "magic" button to take you back. Much more work and effort to make the best of your situation. Once you are there you are stuck. I may be tempted to do it but as you say, one way ticket with no regrets.:happy:Quote:

I am what I am, I'm too attached to my bits to ever want to lose them. The thrill for me is wearing the clothes of the opposite sex which I was taught was wrong during childhood. I think it would be great for the day but right now, I have the best of both worlds and I don't think I would want that to change permanently.
That's an ultimate fantasy most of us mull over, but it just that a fantasy. Would I if I could, certainly. But only for a day as I am stuck being a male most of the time. One of my ultimate fantasies is to have some magical power to will breast and as easily make them vanish. We (CD's) do tend to live in a fantasy world, a world of make believe. Hey, don't get me wrong I enjoy every fem minute of it.

Questions like this can serve a very real "values clarification" purpose. Put your everyday life aside and consider, what if? Most people never try to see why they do what they do. We who are cd/tg are no different in this. But to put it in terms which are "magical" we put ourselves into a different mindset and perspective, which is what real magic is. In knowing what we would do if anything were possible we gain a better idea of what we want to do with the actual possibilities of our lives. I enjoy doing what I'm doing. Given the chance I might enjoy being a real woman but it is not going to happen.

yea i would stay female, i think the first months would be nothing but lots and lots of sex though !
As long as we're dreaming here, why not go for a week or a month to really be able to savor the full life on the other side?
I think this is a dream many of us once wished we could have. I would stay female.
There are also those questions of if there was no gender identity and everyone was androgynous, would you will want to do what you do? These are hard to define and answer because it asks "Are you cross dressing or transitioning because of social influence or genetic defects?"
I can't relate to cross dressers even though I labeled myself as one when I was young. I have always had a problem with my gender of birth, I just never accepted to myself that I was going to do anything about it.
These questions are always tough for me ;)

I totally agree with Dixie on this. I'd jump at the opportunity to be a real girl for a day, and would have to reserve my decision till the end of that day, but I do feel that a week, or even a month would be better to make the right decision. One day certainly wouldn't be enough time to truly enjoy it.
I'll like to stay the man who I am. My wish to crossdress comes in regular periods, weeks, sometimes a few months.
When I satisfy my wish for a day of a few days in a row, than it usually gets boring and no longer interesting, I switch back into my male mode.
I like it that way.

If I was changed to female for the day it would have to be as a fit ,healthy good looking, sexy young woman for me to want it to be a permanent change into a female .

no way no how not ever!!!! we still enjoy being the man? about the house and just enjoy taking time off some days to relax and let some one else be responsible for the worlds problems.
Now if I could change for the whole day and go back about 30 years, I might have a bit of a problem with coming back.
But truth be told I have it all now, the ability to be as femme as I want, to be a father, grandfather and husband. How lucky can one girl get!

If the change were simply to wake up in the same life with the other plumbing and have to piece together a new life amongst hurt and confused people who knew me as a guy - No. I'd enjoy the day, maybe try the plumbing out and wistfully go to bed knowing that things would be back to normal again. (and take lots of pictures for Karren)
Of course, I have also reached the age where the physical and social differences between men and women start to diminish. I don't play football anymore and I probably won't get drafted; My wife is very unlikely to have a baby. We both work and pretty much treat each other as interchangable parts.
Now if you had asked me this question when I was 16 and had a lot fewer ties and responsabilities...probably the other answer.
I've done a lot of interesting and enjoyable things in my life that I probably wouldn't have had I been a girl. I don't regret many things, but there is a part of me way deep inside that yearns to have had and mothered a baby.

I'll keep this short...
Been there done that but I stayed for almost 5 years (non-op) as opposed to one day. IF I hadn't had to deal with issues like transisioning on the job, friends, family, neighbors, a daughter being born, (thankfully a supportive wife), I can say it would be great fun. Oh it was to a point but then again it wasn't. As I remember it was 6-8 months+ before most people I knew quit referring to me as "he/him" etc. Due to the circumstances of my transision (controled medical issue out of my control) work was the easiest place. Family, as with most people, was the hardest but at least they were understanding. Around year two I really felt "normalized" as a woman (accepted by everyone). The trip back was actually easy on everyone around me (family/friends) but hard for me in that due to my job (if I wanted to keep it) I had to present as a female. This ment dressing and going to work as a woman, then coming home to dress and be a man. THAT was hard... to just switch off a learned mind set after 4 years when you get out of the car at home. If you think spending a week or a weekend "enfem" is fun but hard to remember everything on Monday morning you should try it every day.
If I had to do it over again right now:
1) I would have never gone down that pathway
2) I would not have transisioned back
but
3) I really wouldn't changed a thing.
just keep it a fantasy...its a lot more fun that way...

I think I would stay as a woman, as I have spent years as a man. I am most generally open to new things and doing all the things real women do with hair styles and make up and all the changes in the clothing might be fun.

I think I would definitely take up the offer of being female for one day, but would change back to be a genetic guy afterwards. I enjoy guy things too much, I just like to be femme occasionally.
I'd be happy to be female if I could be a Mommy... I always feel so damned broody...
