I guess the biggest change is that there are a lot more daily hassles to deal with, that will temporarily reduce your enjoyment of going en femme, until you get used to it.
This is obviously true. But then, I have seen too many CDs actually come out and declare that they are TSs in the end to say that there isn't some kind of association there.

People come in all different physical forms. Many genetic women are quite masculine physically. So it is often hard to tell if somebody is trans of not.
