I too feel that way from time to time. I do suffer from mild depression, and take an herbal product to help with that, but sometimes I feel very depressed about being male on the outside.
Google River City Gems. They are in Sacramento!
Sad,but true,we do get put down by a lot of narrow-minded people, who truly do not understand us.
I started with a new therapist yesterday. I have been out of therapy for a LONG TIME. She is VERY open-minded to my transgendered issues, and I feel like we will make some progress. I have been...
Karen,you blend very well,nice job.
I NEED someone I can talk to. My gender issues have been "boiling over" lately. I need to have a woman to talk to,don't feel comfortable with a male therapist.
I feel VERY OUT OF PLACE since I have gotten in touch with the real me. Unfortunately,I have to "keep up an appearance" on my job,and it REALLY SUCKS. Life for a t-girl can be so challenging.
Michelle,you are one lucky girl!!
Here in Chattanooga,I would NEVER consider it,it is too damn conservative here for me,I would not feel comfortable at all.:2c:
I am VERY unhappy with my male side. As times goes on I have realized that my femme self,is my TRUE SELF,and that for most of my life,I have had to put on a front, and suppress my femme side. It...
To my knowledge, they are VERY open-minded and understanding.
I am a member of The Knights of Columbus, but have not paid my dues in a long time, and do not attend The Catholic Church anymore, due mainly to my TG issues. No one there knows "the real me".
Some folks have such a hatred towards the GLBT community that it sickens me. My bosses at work are SO BAD in that aspect,I cringe at remarks they make.
Darlene was a cartoon character in Cosmo, back in the 70's,and I am an avid Cosmo reader. Rochelle is my mother's middle name, and I think it is a lovely name.
I feel your pain sweetie! My spouse is having mental health issues, and I am not sure how much more of my trans issues she can deal with.
It's whatever you chose to call yourself,I consider myself a transgendered woman.
Ann Margret !! She was my 1st celebrity crush! She was so sexy!
Good for you sweetie!!:2c:
To look female for me is where I feel "most comfortable". As a man I do not like the person in the mirror, that I see.:2c:
I too get a sexual rush from my dressing, but not as much as I used to. BTW,I do like PLAYBOY myself, for the visual stimulation, I like PLAYGIRL too!
It does help to let people know,I have a few friends I have come out to:2c:
I posted my avatar pic as well, and have a 6.7 out of 969 people rating my picture,it is a good way to meet some of our TG sisters,though.:2c:
I know and understand how you feel. Some days I am not happy at who I see in the mirror, and not being able to dress to match who I see makes it more difficult.
Just be yourself sweetheart!!!:2c:
