I always wear a slip beneath my dress or skirt, sometimes two.
I have strictly rules in wearing slips:
- at least one fullslip under lined dresses;
- at least one halfslip/fullslip...

I always wear a slip, even if the skirt/dress is lined.
I wear also some kind of 'underlining', like a plain half-slip made with
lining fabric.
