You should look into something called Morton's neuroma, caused by tissue growth or scarring around the nerve that feeds the third and fourth toes.

I highly recommend Desert Orchids bespoke (custom) corsets. This is my third and best custom corset. I agree with needing coutil and a waist tape.

I also sleep in my forms and enjoy waking up with them. Mine are from the Breast Form Store as is the brassiere I sleep in. I'm happy with both after more than two years!
