I am with Natalie on this, it is either everything or nothing . . . though I have to admit that I am apparently not as proficient with makeup, etc. as I am almost always need "1hour+" to get ready!

It should be fun -- enjoy it!
You are so lucky to have such a supportive wife who helps with photos, etc. - I am one of the many who can only dream about having that relationship.
As to the "surprise", I would not sure what...
I hope it turns out to be as much fun as it sounds!
Absolutely! I think it has something to do with the magical powers of wigs and lipstick! :heehee:
So sorry -- I hate it when life gets in the way of my plans! :heehee:
Maybe the feelings about this have something to do with where you are on the spectrum - I have no desire to be female, so I am not trans - so that is my perspective. Because of the life my "twin"...
I agree with Monica - most places and people are not paying attention or are disinterested in what others are doing so long as it does not adversely affect them or their families. Are there...
First - congratulations on having some time! Second - if you decide to try to discuss this with her further, then I think the best course is to thank her and then consider baby steps/along with the...

I may have to invest in that approach -- it is probably better than what you can get from taking the medications from big pharmaceutical companies! :)
This has been very interesting and confirms that there are as many different emotional attitudes and mental approaches as there are DADT variations - it is all very individual to each of the...
I just like to dress (no desire to change my gender), so having the time to get everything out and enjoy it is "very" important to me. If anyone finds a remedy to this malaise, then please let me...
Congratulations on having such an understanding wife and on 38 years of marriage. Quite an accomplishment in this day and age.
Like so many others, my time has been very "limited" as of late - I really miss getting some time and photos of Terri and the change it brings over me. I am going to be semi-retiring/taking a more...
Thanks for sharing that story. I would never have had the nerve to do that at a family party.
I did not start this thread, but it has been very helpful/informative. Thanks everyone for the great tips!
So, James Bond always comes to the rescue! :)
