Sometimes you just have to do it. Full scale me time is always great. My problem is I have more clothes and shoes than time to use them.

Practice a lot. For me the taller heels are easier. All of mine are 4" or more.

Women in work out clothes, leggings, tank tops, sport bras, all do it for me. Also nice legs with heels are always a winner.
