my wife is totally accepting of my dressing and encourages me to go out to TG functions-has even accompanied me to a few but refuses to go out anywhere where I might be read although she insists I would pass-go figure!

One of the pleasures of having an acccepting wife is to be able to shop for femme stuff together. We've done this dozens of times and never once had any negative remarks or reactions directed towards us. We never do it locally because of the possibility of discovery by friends/coworkers. Fortunately there are tons of discount outlets 25 miles away so we usually drive to the next town over when it is time to update our wardrobes. It works for us.

My wife is very accepting, and I dress around the house regularly. I don't dress to pass, but we have gone out a few times with me in a feminine top and shorts and jeans. Mostly shopping, one time camping.

Yes she is very accepting. We go out and do things any friends would do. We go shopping, do lunch or dinner, movies, casino's etc. Nothing is more validating for me than just being out with her.

My wife is accepting, and has said she would be supportive in going out in public with me en-femme. In this case I'm the one that does not want to go out in public dressed.

My spouse is accepting and helpful and we go everywhere together. We have been shopping, dining, to the movies and just about anywhere we want.
When we first decided to go out she asked just one thing...that I didn't go without her. As she put it, that way if something happens (meaning trouble) I can at least call 911... Only problem is the cell phone is in my purse...

Yeppers -- my wife accepts and encourages -- its so much fun to go shopping and be in the cosmetics department when she sees me admiring a shade of nail polish and to hear her say 'you need that'.

We buy matching outfits sometimes, and have lots of fun shopping together. In fact my wife has been with me in a store while I'm in drab, held up a bra or nightie or skirt, and said, 'this would look great on you', and then said 'oops! I forgot. I have to catch myself!'. It is such that my crossdressing is a very natural part of me.

And as I intimated in another thread, we have fun with it in more, shall we say, romantic and personal ways, too.

In short, she has said that she wouldn't want me any other way, and that women who don't accept don't know what they are missing!
