OK! My bottom line for crossdressing is this:
I realllly get tired of all the manly type responsibilities at work or at home and
crossdressing takes all the stress of being the "MAN" off my shoulders.
I can relax much better when crossdressed even if it's only for an hour or two.
Does this apply to anyone else?

Absolutley Sandy. It's a great relief to step away from my male self for a while and get totally lost in my fem self. It's very liberating.
ssandy without a doubt I can relate to that statement. As long as I can dress for even a short period of time, I end up feeling much more relaxed than if I was unable to dress at all.

After I have had a rough day at work, my wife will actually suggest that Melissa come out and relax. she can see the relaxation it brings to me.
My dear late wife used to do the same thing! She Loved to see Stephanie relax. since I am now widowed and living alone, I am Stephanie most of the time, whether I am at home or going out. Like those who posted ahead of me, your observations apply to me as well.
I am much more relaxed when I am dressed and the days that i am dressed all day and night are just wondeful. I feel blessed and I love the way I am.
I think that most of us CDs would agree with you.

I can totally agree with you SSandy, as to the stress levels when i am fully Denise.
After a busy day working, when i get the chance and can be Denise for even a couple of hours my stress level goes down substantially.
Last March, I was on Vacation for a full Month, at which time I was Denise 24/7 the whole time I was away.
My Stress level dropped by at least 95%, when i was able to be Denise, and I felt so much better and more relaxed.
I am just waiting for the Day I can be Denise full time and i know that will help the stress level too

I feel so much better when I get dressed up, even if it’s just panties. All day I’m stressed and easily angered, just who I am, but when I CD, I just feel like none of that stuff matters and I can relax.
I’m falling down the rabbit hole and loving the trip down.
Crossdressing is my pressure relief valve and it's set real low
so the lid will not blow off.
This valve should be tested at least once or twice daily.
If it's not tested often enough things could reach the boiling point.
My fourty years in maintaince tought me to test equiptment
regularly so things run smoothly.
