Well I myself am not gay (I ID as pansexual), but I have a gay FtM friend (who has only had top surgery) who does date genetic guys, so yes, they do

I know this is an old post, but had to comment. I am a gay male TG (crossdress as a way of expressing my femme side) and I am married (well separated but we are getting back together) to a gay Transman who has had no surgeries yet. So yes, it does happen.
