I'm just a simple someone trying to figure life out.
For me it was my cousins school uniform including the blue tights. We traded clothes one day after school when I went to her house (my aunts) and she wanted to play and I wanted to study. She asked I said ok aunt said ok and it was great.

It was a slip, a nylon yellow full slip for a young girl (I was about 8). I tried it on and have been hooked ever since. I have a number of vintage slips now. A lot of my dresses and skirts don't need a slip but when they do, well lifting the hem of my dress / skirt and seeing the lace of a slip is just so feminine to me.
From My Mom it was a skirt, blouse, Bra and a Kerchief to place on my head to cover my short hair 50s Look. Then her shoes as she was a size 4 shoe and her stockings with the seams in the back. The first think I remember trying on is my sister's big, full, white petticoat. This was in the 50's. I was 4 or 5. I wore it many times until she married and moved out. Then I found mom's slips and nightgowns.

This is going to sound silly, but it was fabric from a lampshade. My mother was making a pleated fabric cover for a large lampshade and before she attached it to the metal form, it looked just like a pretty skirt. I was very young, maybe 4 or so. My next memory was after my mom threatened to put me in diapers if I wet myself again. Well, I did and she made me wear a pair of little girls panties that covered my diaper. I think they had little princesses on them. I'm lucky I didn't imprint with diapers instead of the pretty panties. I've been hooked ever since!
