Smile What do you wear in DRAB that shows you are really a girl?

What articles of clothing or accessories do you wear in boy mode that when people see them they know you are really playing for the girl's team?

For me it is a feminine haircut with bangs and very visible highlights, women's sandals, and a perfect professional pedicure with bright red toenails.

When I'm in girl mode, I try to be the best girl I can be. So it only follows that when I'm in boy mode, I'm all guy.

    So: Nothing.

IF there is anything....I guess it may be my eyebrows that I am still carefully plucking very slowly...my shaved(every so often) legs, IF I happen to wear shorts, and maybe, just maybe the pink boyshorts if my pants happen to get a hole in them...I have other colors, but I figure the pink will give it away.

Does long hair count? Howabout earrings?

For me drab is Hawaiian shirts, tee-shirts and sandals.

24/7 I have a woman's wedge haircut, no sideburns, waxed brows, and shaved legs. Oh, and no hair on my arms. That is about as far as I can stretch the envelope and still live as a guy. Leanne

Golly jeepers, where to start. From street level up, girl shoes, though usually plain white tennies, girl sox, girl jeans, girl undies, andro top, shaved all over including my arms, brows waxed, earrings...oh and my sweet, sweet smile.<g>

But really, it's what inside. No matter what sort of clothes we wear, we still shine through. Don't we?

    Absolutely nothing.

Aside from the fact that my toenails are almost always painted, I don't even under-dress (except maybe underwear on very rare occasion).

When I'm in guy-mode I'm all man, from my appearance to behavior and mannerisms.

I don't like to mix it up. I prefer either all-femme or nothing.

I lived a life of being told I'm not masculine enough. It has been constantly reinforced in my head that men have to be this way and talk this way and act this way. The result was a confused, self-hating man who became lost in a character that was created out of need - the need to fit in and co-exist within this society that rejected and ridiculed who I am.

To a high degree, that still exists within me. The garbage is still in there, only I'm aware of it now AS garbage. Even so, it feels very awkward for me to mix things up. I very much dislike the feeling. I can't say if I don't like to mix it up out of nature (as in that's just me), or if it is a result of how I was treated growing up. All I know is that today I prefer to be completely en femme, or not at all. There is no pleasure in mixing things up, therefore I do not do it. This is not me saying others should not, it is only me saying I do not because it does nothing positive for me.

Due to professional reasons I need to hide I really play for the girl's team. So when in boy mode I try not to show what I really am.

My real problem is I'm getting more and more effeminated each day and need to make an effort for not showing my feminine gestures and mannerisms.

On weekends I always wear clear nail polish, a femme ring and a bra. Today it's ladies' shorts as well -- wonder if anyone will notice the panty lines...

    Smile Everything

As I wear only feminine styled clothes and wear makeup everyday. It is hard not to notice I am feminine. But that is who I am, a women in a male exterior.

Right now it's only my long hair that is sun bleached, and my painted toe nails that no one sees but my wife and I. I am still so far in the closet I think I can see Narnia. My hair is not really that long yet , but it is still growing. I lost my job of seven years this year, and ever since I told myself that I will no longer cut my hair. It helps also that my Dr.'s no longer want me working for the time being. Not until I have two back surgeries that I need.

I also try to keep my genders separated

OK...so I fail too, but if we are going to go back and forth there must be some compromise. The big one is eyebrows. I keep enough of an arch to be feminine as tina and not unaccepatable in Drab. I also keep the back of my hands shaved since that always shows in whatever Tina may be wearing.

The other possible issue is one surrounding my last dermatological fungal infection. I'm sure many of you have had this with toe nails in the past, but mine extended to my fingers as well, leaving some of my nails very thin and some fingers without cuticles. So, for me the matte-finish clear nail polish is a god-send, and my recent "love" is the OPI Nail Envy. That stuff binds to nails soooo well, and has stopped them from "delaminating". This does take some effort in drab to keep them up as they will get shiny and a bit ruffled at the edges if I don't keep the nails buffed. So, if I'm on my game, no one notices the polish, and if they do, the fact is that I'd be wearing this stuff even if Tina didn't exist!

Outside of that, I'm a guy in guy mode!

    tina

p.s. hmmm, does a pink shirt count, or are they so "in" these days that no one notices except the women who can't stop complimenting me when I wear one!

[SIZE="3"] I agree with what you said, " It's what inside. No matter what sort of clothes we wear, we still shine through. Don't we?"
I get missed and maamed out in my version of "drab." I think it's my mannerissms as much as how I look, for if I truely have to be the guy and act like 1 I don't get mistaken as much even though I look as I do.
My hair, now past my shoulders, is blonde highlighted, I'm always wearing small hoops in the ears, gender neutral tops tighter one's will show what 2 years of HRT will do, in women's jeans or shorts and have the curves to make them look good, not a hair to be seen on my body. It would have been easier to answer when out in Drab what makes you a guy.

24/7 with the only exception of, when I am out and about with my wife, I carry a Purse, NOT a man bag, I have about 6 or 7 purses, only one of them might pass as NOT being feminine, and thats my red dickies bag (you can see it and another bag of mine at my gallery here)

I recently purchased a Hobo style Lime green leather bag, that I have just fallen in love with, mostly because of the style, it works perfectly for me, my wife knows, I get scattered and lost without my purse.

I like to wear pantyhose with women's pull-on shorts to avoid bare legs, but GG's don't usually wear them (but I think they are sexy.)

A decade ago, I wore clear nail polish to a luncheon meeting, and nobody noticed or cared.

Another "oops": I wore a bra under a sweater and it apparently was noticed by a bar girl in the casino as she Mam'd me.

I would have to say hairless legs and arms. I don't puck my eyebrows but I do keep them thinned out and I will shaved them to a feminine line.
I also wear woman's perfume on a regular basis in drab attire with my panties on under my drab attire.
I may also use some feminine soap or scented body wash depending on where I am going in drab attire.

I wear at least one item of feminine clothes and I am slowly replacing all of my male clothes so eventually I will only have feminine clothes to wear. I usaually wear shorts and sometimes a top when in guy mode.

It could be the girls boots or maybe the girls snug fitting jeans or perhaps the painted nails. Then again it could be the sparkely ear studs but at a guess its the remnants of yesterdays make up.

    [SIZE="3"]Occasionally: girly sandals and jeans.
Always: panties (but they're usually unseen), pierced ears and earrings, shaved hands and acrylic nails with clear or neutral polish, and natural colored or pale pink lipstick.
