    International Terms for Crossdresser / Transgender

    This thread by JiveTurkeyOnRye got me thinking about how crossdressers / transgendered folk in other countries refer to themselves as?

    What does "crossdresser" mean in other languages?

    Some European languages use the word "travesti" (not to be confused with the English word "travesty").
