    Crossdresser Day 2009

    Just wondering...

    Last year we had a "Crossdresser Day" on the second Friday in November... We as crossdressers (especially those of us well in the closet) wore a simple rubber band on our left wrist to identify us as such... to simply identify us to each other without outing ourselves to anyone not a member of our community.


    I know it's nothing huge and probably doesn't make a difference, but last year I saw a couple people with rubber bands on their left wrist and at least wondered... are they one of us or is it just a coincidence?

    I find this idea interesting because I work in a job where I come in contact with the public frequently... usually a few hundred people a day...

    Does anyone have any interest in doing this again this year?

    I did it last year and went to the mall and saw one person wearing a rubber band . We smiled at one another and went about feeling good. I would like to do it this year also.

    Omg not the dreaded rubber band! Count me in but I wouldn't think it's going to be that big outside the states. Just my thought on the matter.

    How big should the rubber band be? Do you wear it on the left or right or does that depend on orientation? Is red better than flesh color?
