A couple girls I use for this are Chrissie Hynde and Patti Smith. Their vocal pitch isn't too high.

Nope.... Isn't many songs played on XM's NHL Home ice... Hockey 24/7....
I like to sing along to singers and try to match their pitch or tone. Not always successful tho, but I enjoy it alot. Kimberly

In drab mode, I sound like some kind of a deranged fog horn rying to sing,,, However, Haloween night I got a pleasent surprise. I was dressed as Elvira, I got up (intendining it to be as a joke) at a keriokie bar to sing (in my fem voice) "Welcome to my night mare". I was all like "holly shit!!! this ain't to bad!" And while I may not have been the best to grace the stage that night, I certainly wasn't the worst. I even got some spirited aplause!
