Yeah I know of them. I know of several Milos in media; another that hasn't been mentioned here is the one-eyed hyperactive kid from "The Oblongs."
Fun fact: The woman who plays his voice also plays the voice of Bobby Hill, a character from my absolute favorite cartoon (and possibly show) of all time.
